Inspired & painted during the covid-19 lockdown, Krista can only dream of travel, visiting the mountains and the clouds of Rockies.

The strong powerful colours reaching for the sky represents the dominance of the rockies and Krista’s longing for a return.

I read the reviews before I went in here this evening, and I was prepared for the worst! I came here because I wanted a specific shoe, so I was willing to take my chances on the service, and I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised! The young lady, Xahra, that helped me, was very attentive and patient. She brought me a tonne of shoes in different sizes and colours, and was never once annoyed when I asked for another. In fact, she was very kind and seemed to really care how I was liking the shoes I was trying. In the end, I left with a pair that I'm very pleased with, and I am a happy customer. I would come back again. And the other young lady who was working was very nice as well, I overheard her interaction with another customer and she was equally as pleasant as my sales girl. Good job ladies!?

Probably one of the most horrible experiences I have had with customer service, not only did the 2 sales people ignore me, when I asked for help, they acted like I was a burden, in an empty store. When I asked to speak with a manager she was no help either and instead of hearing out my complaint she started yelling at me to get out. Obviously Indigenous people will not be supported here, this organization should be boycotted and shut down because they are not making decency a priority. Please save yourself the trouble and don't bother giving your money to a company that doesn't insist proper customer service. I was pretty disgusted in the behavior of this older woman. I didn't get a name or clear picture of her but you have been warned.

I found all three people working there to be pleasant and attentive and they solved my issue I was having online in a timely manner. Thought the staff were nice and helpful

I went in this evening with my teenage son to buy him some new school shoes. The worker behind the counter did not come out to offer assistance or greet us. I had to approach her to ask if they had a foot measuring tool and was told β€œno but you can go to sportcheck”. Instead of leaving at that point like I should have I decided to continue trying to purchase shoes there. I picked up the pair he liked and had to go all the way to the counter to get her attention again and asked for them in a size 8. She looked it up came over and said β€œI don’t have an 8 but you should go to Journeys”. What the hell kind of salesperson tells their customer not once but twice to go somewhere else?!? At that point my mind was blown and her attitude completely turned me off so we walked out. There were lots of other shoes there he would have looked at but this sales person was so rude that we couldn’t even try. I will also add that we were the only customers in the store most of the time. Another family did come in while we were there and she did not greet them or offer them assistance either. Needless to say I will never shop there again!

Trust every other one star review here. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend purchasing any gifts, or anything else for that matter, from this location. My dad received a pair of moccasins with gift receipt from a family member that were unfortunately too small. When he went to exchange them he was told he was only allowed to exchange them for a different size but it had to stay the same style and color of moccasin. He requested a different style (albeit same price) and was told that it could only be the style and color that he received. They didn't have his size in that style and he was sent home with moccasins that were 2 sizes too big and was told that's the best they could do. NO WHERE in any return policy does it specify the exchange has to be for the same item.

We happened to be in Southcenter today & Went in to purchase a pair of sandals for my wife that we saw in chinook mall yesterday. Price tags on them said $54.99 (red tags). These were exactly the one's that we saw in chinook mall softmoc yesterday but could not purchase as our baby was crying and we left the mall early. My wife mentioned about her getting 10% off of her work perks. On the counter, the guy says it would be $77. He removed the tag from sandals and took them in back room - tag was vanished & the young lady came to ask "what is the problem?" We said all the sandals are $54.99 so why this regular price of $77 ? Explained to me some random stuff that company has this price for this size ! Which was 100% wrong. We went straight down to chinook and got it for the correct price $54.99 - 10% off but at the cost of 1 wasted hour. What a garbage experience it was ! Why would you inflate the price?

The worst customer service experience ever. I received a pair of shoes as a gift, but unfortunately they were the wrong size and not a style I love. I went to return after the holiday season, and there was an issue with the barcode where the staff did not want to put in the work of reaching out to the customer service team to get further details about the order. As it was a gift I didn't know what email was used to purchase them. Then after 15 minutes I was informed that I couldn't return them due to the return date being past. Even though they were a Christmas present. I was told I would have to reach out to the customer service team as they were unable to do anything about the order.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased a pair of Jester slippers on Saturday by Wednesday they were so misshaped they didn’t fit in the least in addition they outside of them was falling apart. I messaged their corporate office and was told the only option was to return them to the store for a warranty claim. I attended the store and was turned away as I did not have the box. Even though it had only been five days they said nothing that could be done. The associate said he would check with his manager. The manager did not even bother coming out from the back saying nothing they would do. Avoid this store and company.
