★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic experience! The clerk who was on way super friendly and went above and beyond to help me find the shoes I was after. She was quite knowledgeable about the merchandize. The manager on dirty was also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely shop at Journey again. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into the store tried to get a pair of size 12 shoes, they didn't have a size 12 in 4 different styles. The women helping me said she can bring in a size 12 in one of the styles, so i agreed and paid for them. Get home and look at my store receipt and email receipt and realize there is a 5 dollar difference between the two receipts. When i go to pick up the shoes i ask what the 5 dollar difference is and she explains that it is shipping, I told her that she never said that there would be shipping to get a shoe into the store, that they didn't have in stock, that is pretty unfair and, that i wasn't really that happy about it. She said there was nothing they could do about it, so i asked for a refund on the shoes, they then refused to refund the shipping for the shoes. After i read to the email receipt back to them that stated there was no charge for shipping and that the shoes could be returned for a full refund, I was finally able to get my money back. Never got any help from the store manager or any real customer services.
Never really shopped there before, but will not shop there again for sure now. I would not recommend shopping here for the poor customer services and the store refusing to follower there own return polices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a fan of Journeys and this location has always been kind to me. They shipped a pair of shoes to my house (free shipping) because they didn't have my size in store.
I always like stopping in because the selection rotates and it's nice to see what's new. I'm a repeat customer and will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shoe store ever, when a customer asks for a 10 don't give them a 9 1/2. Store manger really needs to learn to listen to the customer i told him 3 times that i wanted a 10, after he tired to sell me a 9 1/2. What a surprise i get home to see a 9 1/2 in the box. Wasted my gas driving there to return them but i was more then happy to give my money to foot locker. Everyone should shop at foot locker they have the best customer service!
