★ ★ ★ ★ ★ visited this location today, and 30 minutes of my time was wasted because of the incompetent employees. I wanted to apply the gap cash that I had; however, the 2 supervisors and 1 employees could not do it. I advised them to do "price over ride"; however, it was ignored. At the end, they did PRICE OVER RIDE, and blamed it on miscommunication. They did not even have the decency and courtesy to apologize. I will never visit this location and do not advise to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of their clothing is definitely there, but I find that their stuff is over priced and the style is lacking for sure. I've picked up a few of their clothing items and been happy with how long they lasted, but not very attractive stuff I'm afraid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always helpful, caring and knowledgeable personnel. They really want to ensure you find what you are looking for without any pressure. It is the only Gap store in the city I will shop at, based primarily on the excellent staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is messy in? I have purposely gone into the store usually within hours of opening for the day and there is one common occurrence. It is never clean, they need to place more care throughout the whole store. I have watched staff get lost in the mess as well. When I do talk to the staff they are pretty friendly, they just seem taken with the state of the store as we all do. I would like to see this fixed as soon as possible however it’s a regular trend as of recent, please fix this as soon as possible and stay on top of it
