★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't even give one star with their awful customer service. Walk in 3 girls working, I was the ONLY customer in there and no one can even approach me or help me? Will not be coming here again... maybe more work and less gossip is needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were recently in the store trying to make a return. The sales associate was incredibly rude and refused to accept the unworn item, basically insisting we were lying. We will not shop here again and I would advise others to be sure their items fit correctly before taking them home. There are many other stores with the same items for less with a generous return policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bootlegger is one of my favorite stores, I went to the southcentre location on Sunday Feb 2nd, and I was looking for a new pair of jeans, I was assisted by a sales associate named Jamie, She was extremely helpful and very attentive. She checked on while in the change room, got the different sizes I needed and even brought me different options she thought I might like. - I would like to recognize Jamie for her professionalism and great customer service. She made the whole shopping experience an absolute pleasure. Thank you Jamie =) I will be back to get some more Jeans and shirts soon :)
