★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My rating is not based on the clothing offered, I wasn’t able to complete a purchase so I can’t speak to the products at this point. My review is specific to the staff member I encountered at the South Centre retail location. I was in the store looking to buy a winter jacket and a vest, I had seen the items online and wanted to try them on before purchasing. I had the items in my hand, about to go pay when the extremely rude man working at the till informed me that they were closing in 5 minutes. I hadn’t realized that the store would be closing so early (due to covid restrictions) this occurred at about 6:55pm. I asked if he wanted me to just leave the items and he again, very rudely, told me they were about to close. So I put the items back on the rack and left. This was my first time ever entering this store and I can’t believe how rude this man was. I totally understand that they were about to close, but he absolutely could have been more polite about it, especially given the new and extremely short store hours. Terrible customer experience.
