I was shopping here with my friend and we were followed and stared at the whole time by a worker. She was right behind us pretending to “ organize” the merchandise. She was staring at us the whole time and followed us around the store. if you’re going to look for jewelry I suggest you go elsewhere. Would rate this place 0 if I could… workers follow and stare at customers without even greeting them.

worst customer service. one person to do both piercing and cashier. super slow service. save yourself time and go somewhere else.

Great place for costume jewelry and young girls ... but you get what you pay for ... and there is nothing wrong with that at all

I took my 6 year old to get her ears pierced on a Monday and the experience was great. I called ahead and they recommended making an appointment on weekends but walking in was fine during the week. My daughter was very nervous and the woman who pierced her ears was great with her. She was professional and thorough with the paperwork and cleaning/disinfecting. When it came time to pierce, she was very fast with the first ear, and wasn't phased by my daughter crying for the second ear. She praised my daughter for a job well done and gave her a treat afterwards. Would recommend Claire's in Southcentre for ear piercing.

I needed to purchase some bracelets and necklaces for my grandchildren the attendant was very friendly and was able to help me find some items

I came in to Claire is Southcentre Mall on January 16th, I told the store associate that want a single ear piercing. So she showed me the single earring selections and told me the prices. I chose the 3mm yellow gold single earring. While I was filling out the forms, she was looking for the sealed earring I chose and she was not able to find it. I lieu, she gave a pair of 3mm single yellow gold earrings. She said I will still pay a single earring for around $47 because the one I chose was not in stock. So I decided to proceed with the piercing on that offer. I even reconfirmed it to her the price at $47 before she started to do my ear. When the piercing was done, I was told at the checkout that I need to pay the $91 instead of $47 because the one she offered me is not allowed and said I can still use the other earring anyway. I told them that was not the amount that I intented to pay for. So I was forced to pay for the whole price because I left with no choice the earring was already peirced. However, I was so bothered because I felt SCAMMED. So I called the manager few minutes after I left the store. Larissa told me that they actually have that single earring in stock and store associate did not look at their stock room at the back. Which made situation got even more terrible. Then, Larissa told me that the only way is to do an exchange by waiting for 2-3 days for ear piercing to heal then come back in the store and re-pierce the same spot with the one I really chose. I told her that I'll be back on Thursday, January 20th before 5:30pm. I am hesitant with Larissa's resolution because she will re-peirce my ear that I fear it will have an adverse effect on my ear. I came back in the store last January 20th as instructed by Larissa but she was not there because associate said her schedule changed. Her co-associate (Cheryl) told me to be back today, January 21st. I came back tin the store and now they want me to back AGAIN in the next 2 days on January 23rd because I need to take out the earring first and leave it for 2 days before they can re-pierce on the same spot. Larissa never told me that I have to take out the earring first and leave it for at least few days or if I want it to be done right away at least 2 days. I was going back and forth in the store and the manager seems avoiding to deal with it personally. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. I've experienced bad customer service before but this is the worst.

They have fancy jewelry, hair accessories, bags, makeup, etc for the girl child.

My daughter got her ears pierced today by Jess. Let me say, I could not have asked for a more thoughtful person to make this moment so special for my daughter. She not only acknowledged how special this moment was for my girl, but Jess totally owned her role, made my daughter feel safe and comfortable and did such an amazing job. Jess you’re awesome at what you do, thanks!
