★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarah was awesome! A friend’s dog chewed on my wife’s Ray Bans and we were really disappointed but Sarah gave us $50 off to replace them since they were out of warranty. I could tell she felt bad about what happened and it was great of her to take care of us! Thank you!

I called in before I came in since it’s not exactly convenient to make the trip. I was assisted by a girl named Kristin; she was friendly, knowledgeable and took her time. She went above and beyond by teaching me how to size glasses properly on my own so I could call ahead.
True, Sunglass Hut isn’t exactly cheap, nor are the glasses I intend to buy, however at this point I am certainly going to purchase here given the customer service experience. Frankly, it just wouldn’t feel right to take my business elsewhere.
