★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to try on 3 things at 5:40 and was refused because they closed in 20 minutes. How does that make any sense. Customer service is definitely the last on their priority list. Will definitely write about this experience to head office.

I was there on March 12th with my two daughters and these two co workers ( Asian decent) were speaking their language am sure it was about it me as I was going back and forth bringing items in for my kids. Only one employee was asking me if I was doing okay which I appreciated it but the other two this is Canada speak ENGLISH!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very large store that only had one associate working. When I was walking toward her, she walked away. The fitting rooms aren't open to try items on, but they only do exchange or store credit within 14 days. Given that this store is basically disposable fashion, and similar styles may not fit true to size, I find this policy to be utterly ridiculous. We will not be returning to Sirens, at any location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in there about 2 weeks ago and the staff seemed pretty rude. I did get greeted but I wanted assistance and there was no one there to assist me I had to reach for items myself. I was told not to do that in a rude manner but I was never offered any help they seemed more concerned with their tasks than the customers. I have since found out the manger is Liz and she really needs to be trained in the customer service area!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yikes.. customer service at an all time low at this location. I went in this store today in search of fun summer sundresses with my gal pal. Not only were the staff evasive of helping me grab other sizes to try on or answer ANY questions.. but their snooty attitude really shined through when they ordered my friend to move whilst she was waiting outside of my changing room. This store is bad news. Get it together, Sirens!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in on Satirday and I Have to say out of all the years I've been shopping with Sirens I had experienced poor service. The clothes are okay quality but the service was not good. It seems the associate with colored hair was more interested in the stock than helping out. I have worked in retail for many years. If she is the store manager she should be greeting or helping more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service! I had a terrible experience here today. The lady in the cash desk with a brown skin was very RUDE. While I was in the line up I asked her nicely how many fitting rooms they have and she raised her voice to me saying “I DON’T KNOW!! IT’S FULL!!” and rolled her eyes. I was gonna answer back but I prefer to shut my mouth because I have nothing nice to say at that point. But she’s nice with the white, maybe she only hates Asian. And while I was inside the fitting room I heard her slamming the doors! Clearly she’s not happy with her job. Please quit. I don’t want to humiliate her and still respect her privacy so I won’t post her face publicly.
