J	Jordin Bailey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I'm never shopping at this location I was trying to return a pair of shoes and the manager was very rude when I looked around I was followed because of my colour of skin and she told me that right to my face. The manger there with blond hair honestly should be fired after today I will be contacting the head office that's not ok in the work place and I also have videos that she was flowing me around. Do something about this manager I'm not the only one that sees her horrific behavior....
L	Lauren K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest I believe that the store is a bit too crowded. This makes it hard to maneuver the isles with kids or even just yourself. While the change stalls are large the lighting is kinda poor. As for the customer service, it leaves little to say. The staff do their job I guess, but they make it very clear of the terrible return policies that they offer. All bad aside, I do enjoy the products they sell which is why I will continue to shop there on occasion.

I understand that theft is a huge thing retailers deal with, so I don’t mind when the employees (or manager in this situation) just glance every once in a while... however to be followed around the store the way I was, when I have given ZERO indication I was trying to steal, even keeping the small items in my hand in view for them to see, made me extremely uncomfortable. especially since they didn’t greet me, or ask if I needed help finding something. After I paid the woman stood at the exit and stared me down to make sure I left with one of their bags. I felt like asking her if she would like to search my bag and pockets can’t search my purse cause I didn’t even bring one with me. There were a lot of other people in the store so I don’t understand why she targeted me. I was even shopping with MY MOM.

Two staff members stared at me waiting for someone at the fitting rooms as if they didn’t know what was going on. Store was full of boxes and that’s all the staff seemed to care about, not any of the customers in the store. Finally a girl came to get me a fitting room, and get me a size... that’s all the service I received

Honestly i was not happy at all because of the rode manager . she is unable to understand the situation of the customers. I really recommend shopping at Arden stores but not at this location . They are not car about the customer feelings.

E	E Spina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees at this location this afternoon were the most condescending, unhelpful, and accusatory people I've encountered, anywhere, in a long time. I went with my daughter, who likes the selection in the store, but was appalled the way my daughter and I were treated. The change room was disorganized and chaotic; the staff member in charge of the change room area accusing my daughter of hiding clothing while I was standing right there watching the entire time. I also asked to speak to the manager regarding a return and was met with the most pompous, arrogant attitude from the person who claimed they were the manager on duty. It's unfortunate that the younger people who frequent this store be subjected to these attitudes and that they may, in turn, believe attitudes such as these to be deemed ok in the service industry.
