G	Graeme Hill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop here with my two teen daughters... Usually first place we go to in the mall, and quite often we find what they need. Decent styles and doesnt break the budget. Trendy but not outlandish styles... Good for kids and parents!. Service levels usually superior.

I had my original shipping receipt, tagged attached, as well as it was well in the 30 days to return. They told me i couldn’t return my item due to hygiene issues with bodysuits. but no where when you check out does it state body suits can’t be returned, neither on the shipping receipt it’s self. you have to go into a seperare tab on the website to see the return policy. i never even tried on the body suit & you could tell it was never even tried on. They had turned me down, so i called customer service which they told me they MUST return any items with tagged ATTACHED, WITH receipt as well as in the 30 days which i had. the two girls working were so ignorant that i had come back to get my refund. the girl who did the return was laughing when i left & sarcastically said have a good day. the “manager” was ignorant and didn’t even try to accomidant me. i have shopped at this location for over 10 years. I will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. I would rather travel further to Chinook to get quality service & be treated with respect.

I was ready to pay in the cashier when she called her colleague and said “can you check the price of this hoodie?! Make sure it is same price with the pink one” with yelling tone of voice. and in my head, I was like “does she think I’m going to change the price, is she yelling at me” ..I don’t understand why she said that I never said anything when I came to cashier and it’s my first time buying in this location ?.. also after I paid I asked her if the hoodie was on sale and she said yes but it’s not. I checked the website, it was not on sale but it was placed in the sale section..I just left and didn’t say anything. Very bad service. Just for that lady. I hope she fix her attitude towards customers it doesn’t cost anything to be nice.

The first cashier I asked wasn’t sure if i could return the jeans because the tag on the jeans was taken off, but I still had the receipt. She then proceeded to ask another person who i’m guessing is one of the managers (short, brown girl). The manager came and said that she would check the rips on the jeans to see if it matched?? Even though every single pair of distressed jeans looks different. She didn’t mention ANYTHING about not having the tag, so im real confused what the real issue is. So she went to check and comes back without the other jeans (who knows what she was doing back there) and then says she won’t be able to do the return bc they looked worn to her , even though I had literally only worn them to try them on and had them for like 2 weeks(keep in mind i mentioned this to her before she went to the back so she was fine with that). The style of the jeans is very distressed so I mentioned that to her, and she proceeded to accuse me again of wearing them out and lying. She did this weird thing where she felt the fabric of the jeans and said that it feels worn out ?? as if she was some jean expert. Keep in mind they’re 2 weeks old and I NEVER wore them so it really just seems like she’s making this up. I’m just really annoyed bc i swear i never wore them , they just don’t fit ?
