★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service! Was browsing with my cousin and wasnt quite sure how to dress myself but I wanted a new wardrobe. Taylor, the store manager greeted me right when I came in and quickly went to work compiling different outfits that she thought would look good (I told her to go to town as I don't really have a set style). She did an amazing job and I ended up buying nearly everything she reccomended. Herself and her staff made me feel so beautiful and didn't mind taking all the time I needed and didn't make me feel rushed. If you're looking for someone to help style you post pandemic, Taylor and her team are the ones to do it! I'll be back next season!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taylor, Dina, and Sienna are FANTASTIC people!! My best friend found herself crying in a dressing room not knowing what looks good or even what she wants after two years of working at home.
For the last three days I have heard nothing but these three girls names and how happy they made my friend feel. I don’t usually leave reviews based on my friends experiences but DAMN!! She’s become an extremely confident person just by the choices in clothing these girls helped her with. It clearly wasn’t just about a sale because she looks fantastic!!! You three girls are the three fairy godmothers from sleeping beauty!! You walked out of a fairy tale and made my best friends wishes come true. Thank you!! You are amazing and these girls need raises!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not usually a frequent shopper at southcentre but i love dynamite most of the time - at any other mall. The store manager who said her name was Taylor was incredibly rude, when i first entered she made it seem as a chore to come and greet me and walked away. The other sales associate was kind enough to help me and get me a room. In the fitting room Taylor and the other associate who’s name i didn’t get were having an incredibly inappropriate conversation and didn’t even try to hide it. The 2 really tried to pressure me and take advantage of my sale which i didn’t appreciate. The store was untidy and very dirty, my clothes ended up dusty and dirty while changing. Needs better management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desirae gave nothing short of exceptional customer service today. I spent most of the afternoon trying to find an outfit for an important event coming up with no success. She took time to ask what I was looking for, and find products that addressed my concerns. She made me feel extremely confident in my purchase. Will definitely be coming back!
