d	decaf espresso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first time coming to this location and it’s interesting to know they have many negative reviews and why is it so when my experience today was done professionally, and positively. it’s unfair when more people with negative experience put more negative reviews for them when the ladies that helped me today were very friendly, welcoming, and very professional. i initially went in to check a charm i bought online as i was excited to see what it looks like physically and then i ended up buying more charms as i liked the energy they were giving.
L	Lisa Louis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful customer service each time I am in there. Each staff member has a bad attitude and I have not met one helpful associate at this location. I have gone in several times to get help or ask a questions and nobody has any intention to help me, they are all quite condescending and arrogant as well. I went in as my ring had broke, instead of giving ANY help at all they said its not a manufacturer issue, but that it is my fault cause I do not take care of my jewellery. Assuming I do not take care of my jewellery was extremely rude. They make up their own rules and are not aware of their policies, super unprofessional. Every single one-star review is correct. Avoid this location if you are looking for help or any type of customer service at all.

d	diana thompson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ seems as if they've hired a whole new team. the new associates are rude, and so is the new manager, Anne. I would prefer the older team and the old assistant manager. the service has gone down hill, I will now go to a different location.

My family and I tried coming in a few times and always get the dirtiest looks from the employees and never bother to stay and make a purchase. We are visible minorities as well so we know when someone is being racist and stereotyping right away, which is very upsetting and quite rude when potential customers are coming into the store. The employees were even arguing of who should go serve us because they didn’t want to help us at all, and had an attitude of we were not worthy of any help from them.
A	Arden Ogilvie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service, seemingly ONLY at this location. I brought with me the original receipt and gift receipt in order to exchange a ring for a smaller size. I only tried this ring on once and otherwise it had never been worn. The MOMENT I entered the store the entire atmosphere changed, Anne's attitude towards me was rude, condescending and completely unprofessional. This ring was viable for exchange or refund CLEARLY stated in their company policy until January 30th 2022. We were refused service completely. This woman should NOT under any circumstances be entrusted in a managerial position to represent ANY Pandora location. She is actively driving away business, this is EMBARASSING for Pandora. Dealing with Anne is frustrating, exhausting and a nightmare for customers. This review only echoes what others have written; steer clear of this location!
a	anastasia abboud on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service of my life. Especially with this location it is just awful and they over complicate things even when you still have the original receipt. The staff there are not friendly at all and they clearly hate their jobs and don't care about the quality of their customer service. Specifically the employee Anne, she is a nightmare to work with, I'm never going back there again and I decided not to purchase anything because of the way she treated me. The employees are truly ruining the reputation of this location. If I could give 0 stars I would, and I would rather listen to nails on a chalkboard all day than to ever have to deal with that employee again! I was also trying to return a ring my daughter didn't like and Anne told me I had until January 1st 2022 to return items that haven't been worn yet when I was purchasing the ring but when I came in on December 29th she refused to return it and started arguing with me. Not only that but another employee was helping me before and she interrupted us and started getting mad about me wanting to return the ring. Please save yourself some trouble and just go to a different location or even a different store even if its more money.
R	Ratatouille Cha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the rudest, most impatient and unprofessional managers I have ever met in my entire life. Anne was pretty rude and inconsiderate when it came to handling situations. She was pretty moody the second she saw me. I bought a lot of stuff and wanted to exchange to get different styles but once she started giving me attitude I decided to return everything (over $250 worth of jewellery). Anne's attitude is making her loose business, she is old enough to understand how to respect customers, especially since you need their service but she chooses to be rude and pushy. Overall I had a horrible experience I recommend not stepping foot in their location because her attitude will make your blood boil, such a shame. I don't mind pandoras jewellery in general but because of her bad attitude I will stop buying from there.
