★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small store and staff don’t seem to acknowledge you. A lot of clothing isn’t on that great of deal and can’t find any sizes other locations have more selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disgusted on how this store is being run during covid-19 measures. They do not provide their employees with plexiglass between the customer and themselves at cash yet have it to divide sideways between customers themselves. Instead the employees at cash have to wear a face shield which from experience I know how uncomfortable those can be when wearing for 8 hours a day. Not only that but it does not provide any protection between the two people for sneezes etc. Everywhere else I’ve been has plexi glass between you and the cashier. It makes us as customers feel much more safe about shopping there. There are no arrows on the ground to maintain social distancing and the employees stand 2 feet apart from each other so what’s the point even. This is also one of the smaller old navy stores in the City and it’s very cramped inside when there’s more customers in the store. Not to mention that the fitting rooms are open and functioning but the entrance into them is tiny and there’s no way to stay 6’ apart employees and customers included. The least you guys could do is get some plexiglass on the tills as added protection because I did not feel comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent prices and selection but seriously lacking regarding service. I waited in line for over 15 minutes while a customer argued with the only cashier working. A customer ahead of me actually threw her would-be purchases on the ground and stormed out after waiting so long. There was at least one more employee working but he didn't jump on another of the empty tills. I'm usually very patient, but this was ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not as happy with old navy anymore, this store used to be more organized and have a much better selection of clothing. I am not sure that I will be shopping here again in the near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funny story: they had the size of the shirt we wanted on the mannequin we couldn't figure out how to remove it so we asked an employee to help us remove it, and she was really happy and friendly helping us. Prices are on "you pay for what you get page."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a woman of size I appreciate that Old Navy doesn't make me feel out of place and they carry all of their clothes in all sizes. This makes me happy, and although I don't make it to the mall very often I would say most of my clothes come from the store. The people that work here are always very helpful and I appreciate that also, and the long line to pay every time you come here says they must be doing something right.
