★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to the store yesterday to but few items. I wanted to pay with my gift card that I had used before in another location and still had some balance on it. The cashier scratched the card so badly that 1 digit of the PIN number was no longer visible. She didn't know what to do so she called the store manager who clearly didn't know what she was doing because she ended up locking my card. She didn't apologize, basically I was told to call the customer service because she can't do anything about it. When I said, that it's her employee fault for damaging my card, her face went blank, and she kept repeating herself: you have to call the customer service. No apology, no willing to help. If this is how you treat your customers at Southcentre - then you just lost one. I will not be coming back to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The women's section is drowning in selection, however the men's fashion is next to empty. There are no black or white dress shirts outside of xs. Every rack and stand has almost the same item on it but in a different variation. I usually regret going in, because it's usually time wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went on Tuesday with my niece to get some stuff I bought something from sales area, I could not try it because they were closing the store and the one who sale it to me she didn't mention anything about H and M policy of i can't return or exchange it
I talked to the manager today Wednesday and she didn't have even 1% good customer service .However she looks like she doesn't like what she is doing and she didn't help me
8 will never go back there again and spend my money now I stuck with something not my size

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous store policy that has absolutely no flexibility. I wanted to exhange an item with tags for a smaller size and they said no because I lost the receipt. Never shopping here again.
