★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into Joydrop to purchase a gift card for my girlfriend. The staff at the Southcentre location was very helpful and I felt very comfortable in the store. Loved the layout and the colours, very well kept and clean. Great place to shop for a family member or significant other.

Everything is reasonably priced and the customer service is always outstanding. The associates that work there always strike up a conversation, which is appreciated. It adds a level of a personal experience, while being professional.
I also love how they brought in different local items like candles and Routine deodorant (a personal favorite).
Will continue to shop here.

Joydrop immediately replaced them with something comparable that they had in stock without any hassle. I will definitely return to purchase jewellery in the future knowing they stand behind the products they sell.

She showed me/recommended to me a few necklaces and I ended up purchasing one she picked out. Fantastic service and just a phenomenal experience in general.
