Our experience wasn't bad because we are lucky to be helped by a nice young lady. On the other hand the store manager is not particularly welcoming, she almost pushed me out of her way to get to something on the shelf. If I find she is the only person in the store I'm probably going to walk away. Besides, having someone broadcasting online and video shooting all over the place while we walk around because he sells stuff online to people in China is not the atmosphere I'd like when I go shopping, we didn't feel comfortable with his camera chasing us around the store.

I purchased an overnight bag for my wife back at the beginning of December. It was a Christmas present so I received a gift receipt with my purchase. Well Christmas has come and gone and my wife decided that she really didn't need this size of bag for business travel. We went to the mall to get a refund. This all happened at the beginning of January. The sales girl we initially made contact with said she needed to get the manager for a refund. We waited a few minutes, and she finally came out. I believe she may have been on a break, as she was chewing something on her way out from the back. We proceeded to tell her that we wanted a refund. This is where it got interesting. Instead of initiating our refund, she began inspecting the bag with a fine tooth comb. Then she asks if we still had the tissue paper the bag was stuffed with at purchase. I said no, then she decided she wanted to clean it before even starting our refund. All this while I was thinking in my head WTF, doesn't she trust us. You could clearly see the bag was never used. After about 7 min or so we finally were issued a refund. The manager IMO was not very freindly and we won't be buying anything there again anytime soon. I've had a better time getting a root canal at the Orthodontist. Buyers beware if you purchase anything here, and decide you no longer want it. You could be in for an in depth inspection. I might drop off a magnifying glass for her this Christmas coming up lol.

0 stars level of service, actually. Ordered the sneakers online, received it in the mid of January. After try on at home realized it wouldn't be a good fit size and fabric wise. Went to the nearest Michal Kors location at Southcentre Mall to return it. The lady at the counter after examining the soles said she won't accept it as the soles were damaged. It was brand new and undamaged. But she turned on us and didn't listen. We drove to Chinook Centre, other Michael Kors location the same day and returned it without any issues and stupid questions from the associates. Be twice cautious when thinking about dealing with Michal Kors at Southcentre Mall. I see that my review is not the first of a kind. I'm just wondering if somebody from MK's management reads it and takes any actions. I have the name of the associate who's refused to accept the return and ready to share it.

Had a very pleasant experience here at South Centre. The ladies were extremely helpful and kind. I had a terrible experience at the Chinook location that made me come to South Centre. It was a simple price adjustment that Chinook refused to do even within the policy time frame. The South Centre ladies took care of the adjustment quite swiftly and were very apologetic for Chinook's poor customer service. If you want wonderful customer service, I'd highly recommend South Centre.

I wish I could give this location 10 stars, because that’s the kind of service Teresa gave me today! The strap handles on my purse had frayed, and she found two leather handles that made my purse like new again. I will always come here to buy my purses, especially when this wonderful young lady is working! She will go above and beyond for you. Best shopping experience ever

Great place! It was easy finding a bag for my wife as the staff was very helpful. The manager Natasha gave great service as she was very accommodating. It’s not easy for a guy to shop at a store like this but It was a great experience. Nice looking store

Great selection as usual. The shop is beautifully designed to show off almost all their items. However, there have been some occasions where the ladies judge you as you walk in. Do I have to wear expensive clothing to prove to them I can afford their stuff? Maybe I should wave some cash around. Some of them just need to be taught to offer service to EVERYONE. Their behavior changes in a positive way when you actually buy something. Also, their stud earrings have really bad locks and every pair I bought always fall apart.

I had the best customer service at their store today!??? I had a problem with one of my purchased and I have called the store I had a best luck to speaking with the store manager STACEY, five minutes after our conversation she has found the solution for me! I went to the store and guess what?! She was absolutely amazing, she has handled my issue within two seconds and she was very nice, and happy to help- she made my day being such a wonderful associate!
