★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was so frustrated...bought a pair of Tall Religious Comfort boots online that were not cheap - for a Christmas party and were to small around he calf. Tried to return them but was young lady told that due to Christmas season I had to wait till the new year and that I have 90 days to return. Went I went back the young man told me I was over the 30 days - told him the info I was given and he said oh that is only for the HBC rewards card. So I asked if I could just get the credit sent to the perfume dept and I will by my Issey Miyake that I buy every 3 months from The Bay Southcentre for the last 23 years. Well it was a no go.. I was upset that I have given The Bay my business for the past 23+ years, and now I would have to change my perfume since I refuse to go back to the bay.
Yay me I found Sephora carries my Issey Miyake Eau de Perfume - Good Bye to The Bay - you lost a loyal customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were shopping yesterday with my children and I understand a security guards job. But his actions yesterday was unnerving. Bought two pairs of shoes and pricey cosmetics from shiseido. But the way he followed us everywhere was very insulting and unnerving. I was about to confront him. The fact that he already saw us with Hudson Bay shopping bag didn’t stop him from following us constantly! I was unwinding with my kids shopping for them after a long days work, why can’t you sir leave us alone since there are cameras everywhere!

They also offer clothing makeup and fragrances from the world's top designers. This location in my opinion is the second nicest store in calgary next to the flagship location down town on historic Steven Ave in the Core shopping Center
