β β β β β Tried the Cheesecake Matcha half sweet, but still found it to be quite sweet. The cheesecake series is like thick salted cream cheese mixed throughout the cup, much more dense than the usual βcheese toppingβ offered at other bbt places. The texture of the pearls is quite chewy, which is what I prefer, but I know not everyone agrees.
Iβd recommend waiting a few weeks before going as the line moves very slow. Took about 1.5 hours from lining up to getting the drink. To be fair, many people were leaving with several drinks in hand. But 1.5 hours isnβt really worth it for bbt.

β β β β β Super slow service. Waited almost 30min for my 2 drinks. Too many online orders for 2 staff to manage, plus the walk-in orders. The product itself is good, but not worth waiting 30min for beverages. This place needs more staff or a better organizational structure to make all orders flow smoothly.

β β β β β Tried the Cheesecake Taro with pearls. It was so delicious. I really didn't know what to expect, and it's quite different than any other bubble tea place I've been to. I'm looking forward to going back. Hope they can pick up the speed a little as I was the only one there, and it seemed pretty slow. Not much to fault though as they're new :D

β β β β β I enjoyed the cheesecake series from here, itβs rich and unique. That said, the service is a tad slow while they fine tune their operations being new and all. The biggest thing keeping them from getting 5 βοΈ is that the menu is too limited.

β β β β β Love the brand new style bubble tea shop from PH!!! their famous cheesecake series really worth the shot. especially recommend cheesecake oero, one sip you could have multiple taste and its unique. other drinks also very good. Actually there is nothing to avoid you can order blind fold and you will be satisfied with it. Located near Jolibee too, in the food district of MacLeod trail lmao.

β β β β β My husband clearly told the cashier Cream Cheese Taro with pearls but that lady is not even paying close attention to what he's saying. She already charged us for the pearls $8.99 in total including 10% tip. So, when my husband ask about the pearls she refused to add it. Yeah, total scammer here. Worst experienced ever! They need to change their staff. Clearly, they are so unprofessional and lack customer service skill! Won't be going back here again as this is the third time they messed up our order!

For the Staff
cashier- not energetic on taking orders not even recommending new product.
There were some poster in store for new product like taho and halo2 but its not on the menu so as a customer thinking its not available so i order other stuff i even pause in the front for a while since i need to switch up my order.
Milktea staff- there like 4-5 of them but making my order took 20mins before done and i was actually the second person order
Milktea rate:
i order cheesecake oreo 30% ice but when i got my order all was melted already so the taste is gross already. Imagine eating dissolve ice cream thats how it went. and see photo below
My bf order black sugar milk tea same thing everything was dissolve,
include the 30% ice the taste was not bad compared to the oreo.
Ps. Pearls are super little compare to other bubble tea stores
Not worth the hype.

were a bit hard and chewy. A bit of lineup when we bought our bubble teas but i think they handled it well.
