Most of bubble tea places that I've been to always had issues with parking. With Kungfu, it was not a concern. The staff was helpful while I was struggling what to order. I was about to take another photo of the place, I got my order in like 2 minutes no kidding. It was served super fast. With taste wise... The thing I didn't like about bubble tea is that I'm not a sweet tooth. I ordered two drinks... 1. Signature lite fruit tea (30 sweetness) 2. 38 milk king (0 sweetness) I had fruit tea for myself and it was quite sweet for me. Think the jelly makes the drink somehow? Not too sure. But I did like the drink itself so I would def try 0 sweetness level of fruit tea next time. My friend had milk king and she said the same thing how there's still sweetness to the drink even if it was 0% sweetness. JUST KEEP THIS IN MIND! Overall, it's a great place to grab a bubbletea!
H	H3rta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite new bubble tea place. Lots of yummy and unique flavours. They have deals Monday - Thursday for 3.99 which are awesome. Definitely love the Milk King as a staple flavour. Passion fruit anything is always a safe bet if you don't know what to get.

My mom loves the ice cream black warrior And I love the rose milk tea 30% sugar less ice add pearls and milk foam! Supppeeerrrr good! The restaurant is really clean and the pearls are super fresh! Definitely worth trying !!!

I've tried milk tea at a lot of other places before but so far I like this one the best. Their egg waffles I really liked too. The consistency of the waffle, crispness, and sweetness was just right. It didn't taste too sweet like the other ones I've had at other places. Highly recommend this Kung Fu Tea location.

Love their customer service. They offers 20% off very often to their loyal customers. Another thing I love about the place is they have honey options instead of sugar ?

Cheese milk matcha latte is good too but they don’t have an option to put any toppings in the drink which is a downside for me. Grapefruit tea w agar bubble is a good fruit tea. Will recommend this place for sure.
