★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. We were told to pull out of the drive thru and wait well they prepare our meals and served 15 vehicles!!!! In the mean time, I can guarantee my food was ready and just sitting...next time I will not be moving from the window so this doesn't happen again because obviously you guys are forgetful so I will be reminding you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. I ordered a beyond burger without cheese and they put cheese on it and being a vegan I now can't eat it and wasted over $10. A&W is one of the few places I can order food through the drive thru. Honestly just a terrible experience and I'm truly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy when we went (Feb 25 7 pm), staff were busting their a$$ and maintaining professionalism throughout. Very lean crew but managed to pull it off. Give them a raise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though I have generally had a good experience here, I was quite disappointed by my most recent order. My lettuce wrap burger was a mess. It looked like someone had just squirted mustard into a head of lettuce, then half-stuffed a burger patter and bacon into the lettuce. The mustard wasn't even on the burger, but was all over the lettuce. The bacon had been torn at random, and the tomato, onions, and pickles were all absent.
I give two stars instead of one because of previous good experiences.
