j	jason on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give this place 0 stars. I ordered delivery a couple weeks ago and after 1 hour of waiting I call and they say it's already been delivered. After arguing with them that it wasn't. It finally showed up 30min after my call. And cold ofcourse. Thought I wouldn't order again. So tonight I figured give them another chance. And hey guess what!!! I ordered delivery off their App and after an hour again I called. Then the lady claimed she didn't even see the order on the screen. So look at me waiting again for my delivery. This location sucks. Dont get delivery. Actually everyone should Boycott this location and not order any food from it period. Or hey if KFC is reading this HIRE COMPETENT EMPLOYEES. immigration center has lots of them. As for other readers order somewhere else. Take care and good luck
s	sheldon ram on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall one of the better KFCs in the area based on: 1) the fry if the chicken is consistent 2) they typically have extra crispy chicken and fresh fry for you if asked (though it would be a 15-20min wait time) 3) friendier staff 4) sufficient distance in-store to distance away from ppl if you are waiting 5) give you enough ketchup, napkins and hot sauce (though you have to ask) 6) proximity to other fast food for an easy "bang bang" (basically ordering food from multiple locations to have a franken meal. Personal favorite is chicken on the way fries with KFC chicken) I do recommend getting the extra crispy chicken over the original recipe. It just taste better and the crunch is well worth it. I am sad that the Tuesday special has gone up much in price that it is not worth it anymore for a Tuesday. The Thursday 10 piece special or the $5 fill up are just pain better deals. The only thing I don't like about this location is that they never answer the phone for a call in order so you can get fresh fried extra crispy chicken without waiting. The app does not allow you to be that specific in your order and the only way to get it is by ordering in person and waiting. It is well worth the wait, but I would incr see my rating if I could call in my order of fresh fry so I can save about 15min on my time.

First time transfered me to the store and it just rang busy and hung up on me. Called back talked to a nice lady who said she would have the store call me. Waited 15 minutes...nothing. So called back and got the store number....called that number and got the old "customer is unavailable" recording. Remarkable how inept this store on Macleod Trail is. 60 dollar order that i just had the cc company cancel. Well done you dummies. What a joke.

After waiting for some minutes i have to explain to the staff my order( my usual one.) And they told me that they dont have that kind of meal.like i was just making it up.disappointed and angry.i will never come back to this place. And it was not of part of the coupon meal like they told me today.

I ordered 2 small popcorn chickens online (11 dollars), I walk in to pickup my order and low and behold they are advertising 2 small popcorn chickens for 6 dollars. The popcorn chickens were lukewarm and half full Their "oven baked" cookies are pre-packaged and worst than the cookies a child would get for free at the grocery store. My children don't even want them. First time at KFC in 7 years, now I remember why I never come here. Yuck!

The gravy was as thin as water and had zero flavour. This restaurant obviously re-deep friend their chicken and watered down the gravy. DO NOT EAT HERE.

It seemed to get busy while I was there and especially after I left, but it seem to be mostly people that were picking up. Great to see the staff out actively sanitizing, that’s still very very important. Thank you
