★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STOP BEING CHEAP. owned by Loblaws. this store is the size of a convenience store. real poor selection in walkers and equipment. Prices are steep and choices are very limited. they could take more space in this mall
as it has many open bays.
because service and selection were so poor, we went across road to COOP. that was worth the hassle of traffic issues. bought a better walker and had full assembly with a stepper. we were using a crd card, Wellwise gave the sale up to a competitor. this is a poor vendor for health care goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place does not want to make the shopping experience pleasant. I had to call any time I wanted an update on the item I had ordered and paid for. It didn't arrive when they said it would and then when it finally arrived it was damaged and the lady who was attending to me was rude and refused to order me another one, stating that it was her coworkers job to do it and he was on holidays. So needless to say I got a refund and drove across the street to CO-OP where they were more than happy to help me out. I will never shop here again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

When I was finally able to ask for assistance, they told me they didn’t have what I wanted without looking or checking. I found it myself. They DID have it. I went elsewhere due to lack of service and common courtesy. AVOID.

I paid express shipping and after charge on my credit card they send an email saying the order will take MORE than a week. I called immediately to cancel it and it was impossible to talk with the people that cancel orders. Customer services is unable to do that. I needed my supplies urgently and the bill was more than$400 and no one was able to cancel or refund. It was frustrating, this people play with customer's health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful experience yesterday with a male employee. I called the store earlier in the day and he informed me they had the product and when I showed up they walked me through my options and made sure my grandma got the product she needed.
The time he took to help us was wonderful and he carried it to the car for us
