From my experience, this is the place to go when you need help with equipment maintenance!
R	R C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dad has not been comfortable sitting on his wheelchair the last year. Today, I took him for his wheelchair fitting appointment at Co-op Health. Mike along with the OT were taking measurement and helping him find products that will make him more comfortable. I was amazed at the professionalism and expertise that brought forth. After trying numerous products, we were fitted with the best results I have ever seen. Dad's posture was corrected almost instantly. Mike even helped me carry the boxes to my car. Thank you Mike for being our everyday hero!

The "sales" person had ZERO interest on helping us, and instead of asking my mom what she needed, she opted to treat her like she wasn't even there, what type of personnel are these? Will not be going back into this store! Do not recommend it.

After 1.5 hours of trying specific bed for a person with disability customer service rep told us that there are no available beds for sale and only rent. Total exploitation of person with disabilities!!! Not one person was able to show us how the bed is used or what items are needed (like bed sheets) When we called another location we were told that there is one available bed specifically at this location!!!!! We will never recommend this location to anyone or come back.

Mike came out to Hanna got everything ordered and got me my powerchair. He was knowledgeable, kind, and most of all he did everything he could to get me my chair as fast as possible. I am truly grateful.
M	Madison Luijkx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really disappointed in my experience. I went in looking for a shoulder immobilizer as per my doctors request. The women who assisted me was not polite. She continued to get frustrated with me because my doctors note wasn't specific enough.Throughout the whole conversation she made me feel stupid for even coming. In addition, the one she sold me is way too big. I would go back to exchange it, but it's not even worth it for the chance she may be the person there.
C	Chester Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike sold my dad a power wheelchair that was not suitable for him. I believe he took advantage of my dad's ignorance and his age. He is 96 years of age. The chair looked almost identical to his present one, but just newer. It was a rear wheel drive model, which is not good for outdoors. Mike should have at least sold him one with front wheel drive. Apparently, my nephew says that my dad was fixated on that particular wheelchair because it also had handle to push it manually .Also, I was told he was a no show one time for an appointment. He doesn't seem very reliable . My dad was so unhappy with Mike and Coop, He returned it because my dad was not happy with this model, but unfortunately, he did not realize their return policy, of a restocking fee, nor was he told about it. Moreover, my dad did not sign the bill of sale, as required, so legally, I don't believe the contract was valid.

I have gone there since 2015 and bought various rehabilitation devices and still go there for my syringes. Special the grey haired front end manager together with the staff I know are horrible, just horrible people . Disinterested or able to even help when ask for it. I have ask for items and been send off to the direction pointed out. One lady there a little short one with black hair and of Asian decent hit the price. She is as rude as can be. I have given her many times opportunity to be a friendly service provider but she comes up SHORT. My health is very poor, I hardly can walk and IF than in horrendous pain still with help of walker or cane. THIS place of all places were folks go to because of health care ought to have a smile once in a while. NEVER! LOUSY service also when handling service for bought items aka wheel chair/walker.. All around it is a NOT recommended health rehab store. As of very late I had a new employee server, a new lady and she was kind and great in handling my service. Hope the unfriendly other staff does not ruin this lady and that she does keep her attitude towards people in need which was great. The rest ought to be replaced with new staff. HORRIBLE place.
