Too bad. Your staff watched my Mother with chronic back pain struggle with cases of pop in a wheely basket bc there were no carts available when she was looking. Too busy, done shift but still chatting with coworkers, also wouldn't kill ya to just be pleasant and smile. Poor form, terrible customer appreciation.

Dropped off prescription and was asked if I wanted to wait or pickup later, I wasn’t in any rush and they said no problem for 2 hours later. Came back a 2 1/2 hours later and not done and now waiting. There’s other pharmacies around and I think this will be the last time here.

Mike....First of all I want to commend the Pharmacy at this Shoppers location. I do understand that the Pharmacy is currently overwhelmed with customers prescriptions and Covid related activity. There have been a few times when the process for filling a prescription was not followed, but understand you are very busy and sometimes forget. However, my rating is for the store front customer service or lack there of. I was in to buy an item at approximately 15:30 on Saturday and got my item and went to the till. I stood there for approximately 5 minutes with no one in sight at the front. I even looked down a few rows to see if I could find someone to process my purchase. I finally asked out loud if anyone was here. Someone finally appeared in a very nonchalant manner from down towards cosmetics. This female, came towards me, asked of I was paying by debit, then grabbed my item and went to self serve and scanned it in. Her demeanor was one of putting her out or bothering her. She didn't even ask if I needed anything else. I did want some Lotto Max tickets, but with this attitude I wanted nothing more to do with this display of very poor customer services. I will not be forced to use self-serv. and your customers should be given a choice. I left without making my purchases. So I guess the choice is our way or the door. On they way out I seen the supervisor and shared my concerns with him also. He just said, "that's the way all Shoppers operate now". So no one at the front counter and forced to use self-serv. and increasingly poor to non-existent service. Both the employee and supervisor stated they have other "things" to do other than servicing a customer. They say they care about their customers, but their actions tell the story. Then you turn around and complain how much theft is at this location. Well if you have no one at the front at all, your store is putting itself at risk of this. Our family has been very good patrons of this Shoppers location for over 5 years and have seen a steady steep decline in customer service and poor non-caring attitudes. To date I have never heard from the owner. Even after leaving phone messages and going to this location to confirm he got my messages. The Pharmacy team confirmed he did get the messages to call me to discuss. Since he wouldn't respond, I decided to do this review. This has been over a month ago with zero communication. Looks like an Ostrich Strategy. Very Disappointed!

I came into the pharmacy in distress trying to find something over the counter for a bladder infection, as I was unable to get into a doctor for the next 7 days and was in pain. The pharmacist here helped me immensely and was able to prescribe something to me. Without his help, I could've ended up with a kidney infection so THANK YOU so much!!

This is absolutely the WORST pharmacy in the city. The manager of this store doesn't take accountability for the continuous mistakes the pharmacy team makes. The amount of times I've called in to have a perscriptions ready and come in days later to it not being ready is endless all because they forgot. Or the times they forget to order medications in so you end up waiting weeks instead of only 1 week. They haven't made any effort to actually improve as a team and find ways to make less mistakes. I've been coming here for 2 years, I've seen absolutely no improvements. There is multiple pharmacies close by I suggest NOT coming here.

Let's start with, I rarely leave bad reviews. I'm an easy going person who is rarely unsatisfied, but this review has been building in me for several months. First time I was left unimpressed when I dropped off a prescription for a steroid nose spray for my toddler for his sinus problems. I didn't hear anything back for a couple of days so I decided to go in to follow up just to be told that they don't have it and won't be able to get it. Would have appreciated to be notified about it but okay, they offered to reach out to our doctor to get a prescription for a different nose spray. Don't have to say that that somehow never happened. I didn't kick up a fuss as his sinuses ended up getting better anyway. On the next occasion I dropped off a prescription for myself on a Friday, the lady told me it'll be ready for next day. I said we are away for a few days but will come next Tuesday. For sure I went in just to find that it isn't ready. I was told it'll be for the next day. Sounds awfully like they simply forgot it as it shouldn't take 5 days to be able to receive medication. I was still chill and went back once more to fill a medication for my son. Lovely lady there said it'll be 20 minutes, so I run an errand and went back in 20 minutes to be told that it is in fact not ready for at least another 20 minutes. Annoyed I asked how come as I was told it'll be ready. Apparently the person who took the prescription from me decided to instead go on a break and not have it ready. I would have been fine of they told me to go back in an hour but they instead told me 20 minutes and didn't have it ready. This place is absolutely unreliable. We ended up changing pharmacy.

Been going to this pharmacy for the last 2 years since moving to the area. Store itself is fine but pharmacy staff are often quite rude for apparently no reason. There have also been several times where I have come back at the time mentioned on the phone or via text message to pick up my prescription and it isn't ready. They will not call you if there is a delay in the time given, instead you end up wasting your time going there to find out it isn't ready when they said it was. Definitely will not be bringing future prescriptions here going forward.
