Rexall - Calgary

The worst Rexall in Calgary. Customer service is non existent, the manager at this location doesn’t care about customers at all. No idea why this place is still running. Poor selection of products, over priced. Stay away, just go to Shoppers, where at least the staff there treat you in a friendly manner.

For the past 30+ years, Canyon Meadown Rexall where my pharmacy was. Last time, I visited at 9PM knowing less busy, to pick up my refill and drop of 2 more prescription. It was pretty quiet and nobody waiting. A Chineese pharmacist technician with Jean name, she told me she is too busy to provide me my usual prescription refill which takes not more than 10 mins usually and it should have been ready in the drawer. She coarsely asked me to go and come back the next day and in 2 days to pick up the others. She has been difficult before in another occasion. I am taking my prescriptions to Superstore where it is much cheaper even though there are other polite real pharmacists at this location. She should be sent back to school for public service training.

I always come to this store, because is pretty close to my house.. but today because the social distances I had a very uncomfortable situation with one of the staff, I was picking a phone call while I was walking to the line and the line start just at the end of one of the hallway. The thing is that I didn’t saw a guy that was just next to me ( thing that can happened and doesn’t mean that I’m not conscious of all this Covid-19 situation) and in that precise moment, one of the staff, a blond skinny lady with glasses, was so rude and scream unecessaryly ( because there was another lady in the cashier) that I have to go backwards. I think the measure is excellent, keep social distance is so important and like I said there is situation that can make you not do it like not see the person next to you... and that s why there is good way to say the things, you can just scream to someone because they make a mistake as social distance... well finally, she get my stuff on the cashier and the funny thing SHE WASNT WEARING GLOVES, lol, is like keep social distance but I touch your stuff with my hands full of germs, is like wash your hands and then scratch your balls... So in resume, she yelled to me because I was steps away of the red band in the floor, but she is not taking security measures as wear gloves to touch thousands pf things that other people touch... ?? This is another bad review to your pharmacist!!! Very rude, Just a friendly ask about if she had a product, and she literally send me and my wife to look for ourselves, she didn’t made even an effort to look in the computer, even when I told her that I didn’t find it, and just want to know if they had another option. I don’t know what’s happening with people here, there is a lot of people without work that have more experience in costumer service, why are you hiring someone who doesn’t like what she do and is so rude, please remember this lady that she is getting pay to do her job.... only plus of this store is that is in front of my house, but it sucks

This store has some of the rudest cashiers anywhere in Calgary. My god management how do you justify some of these beyaches retaining their jobs when so there are so many more worthy people in this city that deserve a job and need a job in this city. Mind ya Calgary is Canadas version of Republican country and you can stack the rude from here to the moon and back.

This is BY FAR, the WORST drug store I have ever been to. The staff here, from manager to cashier, it's as if they came straight out of a bullying high school cafeteria, just lounging around, not wanting to do their job or help customers. God forbid you ask them a question, depends on their mood, you may get a dose of that "I'm better than everyone" attitude! The most unforgivable thing, I heard them badmouthing gossiping about customers multiple times (people can hear you from the other aisle!!!), not to mention RACIAL SLURS. I cannot believe such a store exists!! How did you guys get here? Like you teleported yourselves straight from a 1950s gossip club?!!!!

I am disappointed about the Post Office Service, especially about Moneygram service. Every time that I need to use the service, I have been told by the exact same person behind the counter, that the service is down or is not working when not even checking the computer. :(

Friendly staff, but the store itself is poorly maintained. I usually have a difficult time finding things and encounter great deal of disorganization. Feels a bit disjointed! I do appreciate having them nearby for the essentials.

WOW. I can't believe some of the rotten comments being left about this Rexall drugstore. They have been around a very long time through good times and bad. Everyone is always polite and pleasant toward me. It sounds like the complaining Karen's and Ken's leaving the reviews always have a miserable attitude on a daily basis. The complaints would be insane if this place shut down and the poor crying babies had to go much farther to find their daily fix of unhappiness. I will continue to go to my neighborhood Drugstore. The rest of you can remain in your homes. Please.
