★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent bar food, kid suggested to try it as he had been before. Dumplings nice thin dough covering a flavorful filling. Burgers for dinner. kid had the austin and i had the messy burger special. Never had a burger with brie bacon and jam it was messy and very very good. Decent fries and cold beer. Great pub food here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Austin's has some of the best pub food in the city. My personal favorite is the Sunday prime rib special. It's an amazing piece of beef with real mashed potatoes that is worthy of a proper Sunday dinner. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here half a dozen times just for drinks and VLT's. It's exactly what you would expect for a neighborhood pub. Decent prices on food and drinks and very friendly, attentive service always. It's a fun place to hang out with your friends or if you want to go solo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here is good! Loved their curbside deals which sadly don't exist anymore but they were probably losing money on them so it's understandable. Lol.
The pasta and salads are still very reasonably priced and quantity is good for 2 meals so definitely fills you up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I heard great things about the food here but it was VERY underwhelming. My first time ordering, I got three items I’ll start with the pizza. Please don’t bother ordering pizza if you’re expecting Pizza. This honestly has to be the worst crust I have ever had and this is coming from a Chef. Whatever came out of that kitchen this evening was not pizza crust, it was more like corn bread consistency dough over cooked and DRY, it did not taste right at all. I paid $28 for a Med size with non existing topping and almost zero sauce. I don’t know what happened, Hands down the worst pizza experience in Calgary. Next, the Tacos..while they are very tasty tacos..pulled pork and shrimp, I ordered both for $9 each, such a great deal; however, the execution was a complete fail. Whomever was assembling these tacos needs training on how to put one together. I couldn’t eat them in my hand, the tortilla was soaked and fell apart completely, they put the wet ingredients on the bottom and dry on top. I used a fork and knife to eat them. Two stars was for the Tacos because they tasted delicious! -3 for the horrible pizza experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner & I went here for lunch and a few cocktails. Food & drinks were good but the service was by far my favourite part. We had Isabella tending us and she was just the sweetest thing. Very personable and fun to talk with! We live in the far North of the city but will be back because it was such a pleasant experience! Thanks Isabella for being fab. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice casual spot to go in SW Calgary. The staff are very friendly, well trained and care a lot about the customer. The food quality is really quite top notch and very consistent. The pricing on the menu is spot on, and there is good value to be had. Great daily specials and a nice happy hour as well. Someone at the top here really knows what they are doing. Everyone who works here has been picked to ensure the customer is well taken care of.
