★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this salon! They provided such an amazing service and the staff were super friendly and hospitable! Susan did a beautiful job with fixing my hair and she was able to achieve what I’ve been looking to get done for so long. Definitely would go back again!! I’ve bought and tried some of their products too and they do wonders for the hair, does not disappoint!!

Susan is such a talented stylist and did a fantastic job with my hair! She really put me at ease about having my hair coloured for the first time and also took the time to explain how to care for my hew hairstyle and showed me how to style it in a way that is quick and easy for a busy young professional like myself. I've received so many compliments!
I can't see myself going anywhere else to have my hair done now!
If you're worried about COVID-19: Appropriate social distancing observed between work stations and all staff were wearing masks at all times. You wait in your car until they are ready for you to avoid unnecessary exposure to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 5 years growing my hair and paid this salon over $700 to wreck it. I asked for ombre and got bad highlights. It wasn't even close to what I had asked for and they wouldn't give me a refund or fix the bad colour. A different stylist VOLUNTEERED her time to try to fix it by adding a few more highlights and I really, really appreciate her taking the time to do that. Ultimately though my hair still looked so much worse than what I had come in with and I fixed it myself at home with $50 of box bleach and toner.
I wish I could give less than 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place does not disappoint. Chrystal was an absolute gem. She was very informative and she explained the entire process whilst doing my hair. I went from a very bright red, to a dark brown. She informed me that red is a very difficult colour to remove, but she reassured me that she would do her very best to remove it. I am so satisfied with the results. The best part about the whole process was that there was little to no damage done to my hair, and the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be coming back for other hair services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience getting my hair cut here! Hannah was really kind and professional. She made sure we were both on the same page with what haircut I wanted and even made a few suggestions to better enhance the style. Overall I'm very satisfied and I highly recommend this salon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a booking to get my hair trimmed and styled with Elizabeth. It was such a great experience. Elizebeth gave me amazing layers along with my trim that complemented my curly hair. She also beautifully styled my hair which lasted for a good amount of time. The salon has a very nice atmosphere and everyone there is very welcoming and kind. Overall a great time at Salon Kokoro!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience at Salon Kokoro! I went in for a hair cut and colour and Carolina did an amazing job! She was very friendly and knew exactly the look i was going for. I am always a little reluctant when trying new hair salons/stylists but Salon Kokoro has eased my fear. They are professional and knowledgeable with many years of experience in the industry. I will definitely be going back with no hesitation!!

I’ve been in search for so long, since I’ve had one bad experience after another.. Crystal went above and beyond to show me what a good hair stylist is all about.
I wanted northern lights hair, and she delivereeeeerrrrrrred!!! ?
I’m so happy I can’t even describe this feeling, but it is amazing.
