★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is nothing short of amazing, My mom, sister and i have been coming here since i can remember. We have tried other salons that were closer to home but none have ever impressed me like they do here. Than is PHENOMENAL his attention to detail satisfies my pickiness every time and my nails still look fresh a week later. 10/10 recommend and always will.

My mom and her sister always took me here because the ladies that work here, always make you feel like you're at home. I will always go here for my nails. I have TINY nail beds and Susan makes my nails look amazing... Thank you so much VJ nails for being apart of my life<3 I love all you ladies deeply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meh. The technician didn't paint all the way down my nail to the cuticle and the second day the shellac started to peel off.
Add: After all the shellac came off, I noticed drill lines by my cuticles...drill lines!!! I have never had that happen before. Obviously the nail tech was pressing too hard.
Sorry. Not going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed. I called and booked my mani and pedi appointment. Showed up and was greeted by one of the salon ladies who was rude. The lady that was giving me the mani started arguing about the square nail shape after I had asked her to straighten my nail. She continued to argue saying I was wrong and wasn't seeing it at the "right angle". She ended up giving me the nail file and telling me to file my nails myself, then told me just to do the other hand while I'm at it. NOT IMPRESSED. When it came time to paint the color on my nails.....I would give this a -2 stars if I could. The paint job is...messy at best, you can see where there is not enough polish and my nail is peeking through. I still have hangnails after she had "cleaned them up". I will not be coming back to this salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to many nail salons in Calgary, and the ladies here are VERY good! So thorough and make sure you're happy. Highly recommend! I keep telling them to get an Instagram account...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're so quick and do very thin gel nails. Clean salon with great customer service.
They also cover your coloured polish with another thin layer of the building gel so it's completely chip proof! I haven't had that done anywhere else.
(Both photos were taken at least a week or two after getting my nails done cause I always forget to take pics lol)
