Becky! Update: Still not pleased with my service I received almost a year ago so that’s how you know it was bad. In response to your response, I just want to make sure the facts are correct. Firstly, I was never told about three different price points only the $270 or $200 one because the stylist would β€˜do me a favour’ which in the beginning was very kind. Secondly, I did have an extensive consultation where I had told my stylist that I would like low lights ( a half a head starting from the top of my head down to be exact) with some that frame the face . My stylist proceeded to tell me that they didn’t like doing lowlights (word for word) but they had a better idea. So therefor I did not receive the look I requested. Yet I did put my trust in the stylist with their β€˜idea’. Also, during my consultation the word balayage was never brought up ever, but dying my hair within my budget was. Now sadly, I was not happy with the results because I had imagined something that would give dimensions (as they promised), like low lights not streaks in my hair (But hey it happens). So there was a second stylist who did add lowlights to the back of my hair which are lovely sadly they could not distract from the STREAKS in the front of my hair (The second stylist was lovely, and did give her personal time and for this I’m thankful) , but please don’t act like this is a favour from your salon as a whole, as my hair was messed up and needed to be fixed. When you spoke with me I was confused on how you thought you could fix the blatant streaks in my hair and thought maybe dying it all that colour would help yet this is far from what I originally wanted, I just simply thought it might be a solution to the problem that your salon caused. Now, when you spoke with me on the phone you had asked me to send you photos of my current hair and also what I was looking for. Which I did so in a timely manner . Now this is where your poor customer service comes into play. I do understand that one of these photos, the one with shorter hair does have a balayage, but this was never what I was expecting I was just trying to show how natural I believe colour should be blended as my other photos shows lovely. Yet, you got very technical explaining the difference between balayage and low lights (which I know) and began to tell me that these examples have light colour framing their faces (as if I can find an exact image on google to match my hair) and made it my fault that I received streaks in my hair. I was only trying to get across what lowlights or face framing pieces should look like and how they should BLEND (or any colour put in hair) not look like two dark streaks at the front of my hair. Oh, and I also didn’t enjoy the fact that both you and the stylist told me that if I actually did my hair / curled it that it would look better... I would hope that any hair that gets dyed in the future looks good in all ways. So this is me contacting you with my concerns as I feel it is the best mode to accurately get my points across as calling and emails didn’t. Thank you!

Diva is absolutely 100% the best salon I have ever been to. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating and the products they sell are amazing. The stylists are all so professional and talented and the frontline girls are the sweetest. Allison at the front is an angel and if you come to this salon you will definitely have an enjoyable experience!

It now look healthy and love the highlights.And the process was detailed and she made sure I was comfortable . 5 stars for you!!! And the people there always wear a smile, and the place is so clean! Did a drastic change after 30 yrs from long brown hair to a short pixie cut and deep vibrant purple colour. My stylist Sarah was awesome, she really helped me make the best choices for me with both style and colour. It was a great experience for a huge change. Totally would recommend it. Love the service and the extra pampering they offer with the whole experience. Thx Diva Salon!! ?

I came to this salon totally by chance as a walk-in hoping to get my hair done before starting a new job the next day and to my luck Christina Hanks JUST had a cancellation for a haircut and colour. Five years later I’m still going to the same salon and the same stylist. I love this salon and the products, it’s nice leaving with a fresh cut and colour and not smelling like nasty dye. Christina really takes the time to listen to what you want done and steers you in the right direction to manage your expectations about what can and can’t be done (no platinum blonde from black box dye in one sitting!) and what’s best for your hair type. It’s great having a stylist that you can either talk with straight through your three hour appointment or let her know your having an off day and need the quite time. 10/10 & 100%, would recommend going to DIVA and seeing Christina. Actual photos of ME! In fact I do feel like a dang queen leaving this place.
