I have seen Sheila for lymphatic drainage for a number of treatments. She helped me so much with a health problem I thought I would never be rid of. She is the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great clinic! Jennie-Mae is an awesome therapist. She uses enough pressure to release the muscles but not so much that you are hurting when you leave. Definitely recommend her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I heard that Jennie was offering Rattan massage out of the Lymph Balance Center and and was really interested in trying it out. I had met Jennie before but had never received a massage from her. I was really impressed! She has a great touch and used firm but also gentle pressure. Loved the addition of the warm, gliding rattan sticks. I am looking forward to trying it again. Thanks Jennie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The massage therapist Dee was her name and staff awesome. Queen friendly service. They tell you what will happen how it's going to happen and everything worked great. My lymph nodes are moving the swelling and I am very happy with their service I only wish we had known about them earlier

Very knowledgeable and friendly - she took the time to explain my treatment plan and why she was focusing on certain areas rather than others. Never felt like she was in a rush and it was a very relaxing experience. Highly recommended - thanks Lymph Balance Centre!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a 90 minute Rattan massage by Jennie, and it was the best massage I have ever received in my life. She incorporated heated bamboo sticks into her massage techniques and it felt amazing. I highly recommend this massage. As always, my general experience at Lymph Balance Centre was pleasant, easy and relaxing. The staff and therapists go above and beyond to make this beautiful clinic so welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Lymph Balance Center is by far the most thorough clinic in Calgary. I have had a Lymph drainage massage to help clear up congestion and headaches, all I can say is wow! Robin is a magician when she works with your Lymph System. I have also had Rattan massages with Jennie here, and she is amazing. She communicates during the massage with you just enough that she is perfect with her pressure and leaves your muscles thanking you every time. I have fallen asleep a few times from the blissful relaxation while at the Lymph Balance Center.
They do so much more here than just massage. And every time is just as good if not better than the last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been seeing Ocean regularly for both massage and lymph therapy, and cannot say enough about how great she is! There is a genuine focus on wellness, and she reviews the last appt (how am I feeling, was there a difference, what's changed) and ensures that everything is addressed.
Bonus - incredibly talented artist! (Check our her work while you're there!)
The centre itself is super cute with lovely gifts and oils, and their reception staff are so lovely to deal with.
Great experience, and worth the drive for me!
