Rest Assured Bodyworks was founded based on the principle of helping people help themselves. We are sensitive and passionate about connecting with every person that walks through our door. He is the only one in Calgary who practices Breema. It is a lovely assisted stretching session that leaves you incredibly relaxed.

When leaving his office, I feel very relaxed and stress free, almost as if I was floating on a cloud. I would recommend Masoud to anyone with an injury or anyone looking for a deep relaxation experience. He does a fabulous job with both.

I love Masoud’s massages, he uses different techniques & has used cupping in the past too which is very effective. I can’t say enough about him. RAB has a great space, comfortable & inviting therapy rooms, you feel very relaxed & at home. I highly recommend Masoud for therapeutic or relaxation massage. He has really helped our family.
Shelly is awesome as well. I have had many cranial sacral treatments with Shelly over the years. Have never met anyone like Shelly. So caring & truly interested in everyone’s well being ❤️ She is the most giving & genuine person I have ever met.
I love their “cabin” space, it’s like being at a retreat.

I was a very active person all my life and an avid runner but after an injury I suffered chronic pain for a few years that limited my physical activity quite dramatically .... nothing I tried and no one I saw seemed able to help , I was feeling very discouraged and it was affecting my mental health .
I went to Masoud who started me on deep tissue massage therapy , I noticed improvement almost immediately and 1 year later I am happy to say I am back to casual running and have significantly less pain .
HIGHLY recommend RAB , kind , caring people and a professionally run business that will have you seeing results.

Not only does he do an extraordinary job with massage but he's also committed to total body improvement, cupping, stretching, you name it complete healing treatment is what Masoud offers, not just a standard 60 minute massage. His commitment to your health is top priority and this is evident. I was referred by a friend and have referred others myself since. Will be back many many times!

As for the massages and work he does to heal the body hes one of the top I've found in Calgary. I've gotten massages at other businesses my entire life especially because I was heavily involved in gymnastics when I was younger it took alot to keep my muscles happy and untangled.
I have never been able to find a better massage therapist than Masoud.
Rest Assured is my go to.
I HIGHLY recommend going here. You will walk out relaxed to the point that I'm not so sure it's the best idea to drive yourself home!
