★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our wedding planner had used this florist to create our succulent table center pieces and provide organically laid greenery for our ceremony and reception.
I was in the area a week before the wedding ad dropped into the store to see if anything was required and just to follow up to see if anything needed to be settled or finalized. The girl that was working seemed to be very confused, lacked much knowledge and didn’t seem to want to help. She kept saying “I don’t know.” Eventually she said, “I don’t deal with weddings and I don’t have any access to that information.” My wedding planner had the same issues with that same girl. Perhaps some coaching on customer service needed.
We were also over-quoted and ended up spending more money than we should have. Two boxes of greenery were never used. We are not sure what happened here, as our wedding planner had given them the exact dimensions of our table. We called to see if they could take the unused greenery back for a credit, but they said they didn’t have room as they have too many orders in their fridge and nothing was offered.
In the end, the centerpieces and the greenery were great, and we were happy with the quality.
This would have been 5 stars, but they lost two: one for over-quoting and not offering a credit, two for the customer service of the one employee.
Would we recommend? Not as a first choice, but as a back-up perhaps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jenny and the girls were SUPERB!! They captured exactly what I wanted for my wedding and exceeded my expectations. Jenny was thorough, friendly and so helpful. I only wish I had my photos back from the wedding photographer so I could provide better pics. These photos just simply do not do the GORGEOUS flowers any justice. Everyone couldn't stop talking about the arrangements. I highly recommend them!! Thanks ladies!! P.S. When I get my professional photos I will share more :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the florist special of the day to celebrate a special occasion. The flowers were fantastic and Lyn took such good care of me. I had scheduling issues and she sent out a second arrangement trying to fit it into a rapidly evolving day. I could not have asked for better service and the flowers were beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome service! Great experience! I was in a super rush, running late, but wanted flowers that really expressed how special we felt about my gals Mom on her birthday. They had a perfect arrangement ready for me when I pulled up, and such a great deal on roses that I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to remind my gal how special she is to me too. The girls had the second bouquet whipped up in record time (great teamwork ladies) and me on my way feeling really good about the time benefit proposition I took. Cost, quality and speed, perfect score in all three categories! Take a bow ladies, you rock! (Threw a couple of pics I took at your shop in as well)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Sent surprise flowers to my mom on her birthday. They made sure to get it to her within the time window I gave them (before she left for the day) so that the flowers didn't sit out in the cold. Quick and easy ordering platform as well! Flowers were beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good follow through and the arrangements each time brings atmospheric joy to all senses. Especially the eyes and nose. Ordering online is so easy and I’m known to not buying things if I can’t or haven’t touch, see or feel. Absolutely amazing staff as well. Keep up the great work.
What to order? Everything and anything my favourite are roses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service!!! After having serious problems and zero communication from my previous florist, these amazing ladies at Avenida Incredible Florist were my saviors! Two weeks before my wedding they were able to sit down with me the very same day I called and go over my flower needs. Sue and Sandra were so helpful and so incredible I cannot sing their praise enough! They helped me determine what would look best and which flowers/greenery to go with and the outcome was incredible. Not only is the customer service incredible, their work is also amazing, beautiful flowers. Look no further !!!
