Short line up. Staff are nice and professional. I was in and out within 15 minutes on a Tuesday after 2pm. They will provide you with a new medical face mask when you enter the facility. Book your appointment online to avoid hassle.

In by 6:40am for walk-in and I’m done now at 7:15am. I got the lady named GAIA, she was very kind and seriously so good at collecting the blood. One little poke and was done! If you’re coming down on Macleod trail, you cannot turn left to come to this building, i waited for 4 minutes lol don’t make the same mistake

I have been going at least once a month since 2017. I had a pulmonary embelism. They are great. Great staff it usually very short wait time. In and out in like 10 mins. 15 if they are really busy. Make sure to make an appoitment for speedy service Stephen???

My wife went in for a gestational diabetes test. The receptionists were all chatting amongst one another. She explained that she was there for the second test, not the initial screening. The technician named Mali gave her prep to take. When she took the prep and was met by the follow up technician, that tech realized the wrong prep was administered. The excuse was "the boxes are very close to one another" which is ridiculous, since you'd think that would be all the more reason to CHECK THEM MORE CAREFULLY. My wife told the tech, "I explained to you exactly why I am here, and that I was doing the test." She was literally told "Oh I didn't hear you" after my wife had said this SEVERAL times. Clearly, the ladies were too distracted with their conversation to hear my wifes concerns. If they would like a job where they can talk all day and ignore customers, they should go work at a Wal-Mart. When I called to complain there was no valid reason or explanation for this behavior except "people make mistakes". But mistakes can be avoided when you are actually LISTENING to the people you are talking too, instead of throwing their requisition forms around like they are meat. This is such a TYPICAL problem in the health industry - zero empathy for the fact that my wife is going to feel sick all day from prep, or that she has to return the following day and will now be missing work.

Very professional team, I did not book in advance and even that I waited just few minutes. Gaia was so gentle and nice! She made me feel so comfortable during my blood test that I definitely recommend this lad - specially Gaia :)

3Cheers?? finally this lab is back doing Walk-Ins missed them. Went Wed. Jan. 5 @6:30am out at 6:45am. So Friendly, Professional and anyone that can efficiently get blood from me knows what there doing... thanks Gaia. Will be back in 3 months like always! Ruth??

I dropped in, and was told there would be a bit of a wait. After an hour of waiting, i asked how much longer it would be, and they told me it would be another hour, so i left. The person beside me was waiting for over 6 hours. I would have been fine with being told at the outset that i had a long wait, or just being told to leave and make an appointment. But to simply say "its a bit of a wait", and then leave someone sitting for hours, is just rude. When i left, the person who had been waiting 6 hours still hadn't been helped.

Went for a walk-in test this morning and was greeted with a smile. Becca took my info and came to administer the test shortly thereafter. The whole process took less than 40 minutes. Becca is great! I am happy with that timing because there are no appointments available until Christmas (a Month from today). The only thing that could make it better is if they had secondary appointments available to manage the walk-in traffic.
