★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time with this incompetent lab. From the moment I checked in for my appointment I could tell the place was disorganized. The ladies who work here are unprofessional and don't pay attention. Especially the woman at the front who checked me in. I had lab work done here recently, and she forgot to print one of the stickers for the most important test, to put on my bloodwork....even though it was on my requisition. Seriously incompetent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One man (I'm sorry I don't remember his name, maybe Thomas?) took my blood and I didn't feel a thing! Usually, it's very painful for me, so I feel very fortunate to have had this amazing lab technician. Thank you again :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to go to the low-stim clinic here for my covid vaccine. I have anxiety about these kinds of things & I didn't feel good after the shot. Tammy & the other gals were very compassionate & took care of me in a tough time. I can't thank them enough for their sympathy & attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I've only been to this location 2 times so far but my experience has been really good. The service is really quick and the best thing is both times I had my blood taken by different technicians and they were amazing. I have very small veins and it's always quite painful when I have the needle inserted in my vein but this was almost painless. The tech's also advised me to drink water and used a butterfly valve to lessen the pressure in my veins so they really know what they're talking about. My only gripe about this location is having to pay for parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience here. It was just my luck that Maria (?), the phlebotomist, was working at this location today from her usual downtown location. I have a lot of anxiety from blood tests but she was very compassionate and patient. The facility was very clean and spacious. Each room was equipped with two individual blood taking stations, divided by a wall, and a washroom. Apparently, lunch time would be the best time go get your lab tests done here because there aren't a lot of patients present at the time.
