★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had blood work done here several times, and always seen within 5 minutes of arriving for my appointments. Reception and staff are courteous, efficient, and the facilities are very clean, and tidy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a recurring condition for which I occasionally lab testing in order to build up an accurate medical history so that doctors can better help treat me. I submitted a sample on Wednesday May 20th. This morning I received a call that my sample was not tested due to "lab error" with no further explanation of what happened, but it is clear that it was an error on their part, not mine. It is too late for me to submit another sample now. I do not plan on ever submitting samples to this lab again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this location many times for drop-in appointments. They're always super fast getting me in and I find the staff there are always friendly and great at keeping me distracted while they take my blood (I hate needles). Would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to get blood work done for a test I was having and all of the people I spoke with were so friendly and courteous. Judith was the one to take my blood and she got it on the first try which NEVER happens. All in all a really positive experience.

The staff are trying to do their best, and they are nice, but I was 1 hour and a half waiting there to get a blood test, and at the end I told the front desk girl that I was waiting for too long, didn’t even had a heads up at the beginning when I got there and that I needed to go because I never planned to be 2 hours in a place for a blood test. The answer was: “ok, here is your blood order.. bye” not even a sorry or a quick explanation. Monopoly lacking care for patients.
