B	Boldly Go on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely awkward experience almost every time I go here. The sign-in staff (especially the African American girl) look at you with judgement and disdain. Most of the doctors are friendly enough except very invasive and some come across as the moral police. If you can get the older male nurse, you're in luck!! He's been there forever and is a kind, gentle person who will make you feel at ease. We really need more anonymous clinics in this city

The system is quite inefficient. They either need to increase the efficiency or open up more clinics or have more nurses on duty
M	Mimi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be ready to spend at least 4 hours in this clinic before your name will be called especially if you went there after 10AM. What I do is I go there 30min before they open, that way I beat the line. But then again if only the staff can do their job a tiny bit faster, it shouldn't be as horrendous as it is now.

It's pretty much like a walk in clinic, no unnecessary questions asked at the reception and best if all my nurse was everything you'd need. She was knowledgeable, informative, kind and understanding throughout the whole thing. The people here are positive and they put you at easy right from the moment you walk in. You get nothing less than excellence ??????

S	Sebastian Lewald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are on your last breath, tell the ambulance to go elsewhere. This clinic hack n slashed some of my stiches. Not only that, I went there with a piece of metal in my eye and the Doctor flushed it for 3 hours. I was completely blind in my left eye afterwards and he told me to go to an optometrist office. As I was leaving, he said " I'm sorry if I made you blind".... This is no joke. The optometrist pulled 5 pieces of metal from my eye and couldn't belive that they ran saline solution through it. Thanks Sheldon!
O	Open your eyes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ? I can’t believe the negative reviews! What do you expect.?‍♂️ How hard and how efficient you work at your job ?‍♂️Maybe you should question your judgement of what you did?. That you required to go and use this Medical service?. That’s just my two cents ?
J	James on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming to this clinic for ages and every nurse here has treated me with respect and never once did I feel judged even though I know I'm in the wrong. They never talk down to me, made me feel unwelcome and it certainly feels like a safe space to get the screening or treatment I need. Just be honest with them and they will help you as much as they can. Places like this are very hard to come by and it's a very much needed public health service that deserves funding and support.
