★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably the worst nail place I’ve ever been, one of my nails started lifting after just 48 hours, the gel is in even, and horribly shaped. The gems are placed very sloppy, and there’s a random green gem joined with all the clear ones. Not worth the money or time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love 5 star nails. I went a few days ago to get my nails done and one has completely broken off and the gel has chipped in three others. When I called to make an appointment to go back and get them fixed I was told to call back and that I would be charged to get them fixed. After 4 days this shouldn't happen. The service has not been great there lately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was not a good experience here. I had to keep asking them to make my nails shorter, because I like a short natural look. They didn’t listen to me at all. I left with nails that were still too long. My nails were WAY to thick and they were way too wide. I looked like I had duck feet nails!!! I had paid $52 for a new set with the cat eye shellac color, and I ended up going right home and filing it all off because they looked so horrible. I was embarrassed to show anyone my nails until I had gone home to fix them. I went to another nail place right by me and they had to file the set almost completely off because they were all lifting from when I had them originally put on. It was only 2 weeks later!!! The salon I was at was appalled at how badly they were lifting after only being on for 2 weeks. I wouldn’t ever recommend this place to anyone. They should really listen to their customers when they continue to ask for something. The only reason I would give it 1 star is because they have a nice selection of cat eye shellac.

I have always been extremely satisfied with the service at 5 star nails. I have never once had an issue or a bad experience, My nails have never lifted, broken or split.
The salon is very clean and relaxing. Hannah and her girls are an absolute delight and I've meet many regulars there on a monthly basis. I even bring my daughter, mom and sister there. If any one ever asks me to recommend a great nail place I always send them to 5 STAR!
