bring to our local alterations for a try, find 3x price what we usually pay at our other, ask for matched stitching on hemmed jeans
Not get what ask for and pretty rude by not greeting or a thank you
rather talk on phone than to acknowledge customer and points finger where to pick up jeans other than put phone down and grab customers product and hand to them
No good byes or anything.just continue on phone and ignore
Never use this alterations again, Poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had two mens pants that needed to be tailed. They were quick to see me (pro) but then did one pin on the pant leg and was done (con). When I have bought pants elsewhere, they do the legs and then the sides by the pockets and check the leg itself. They were done in a day (pro), but when I picked them up I noticed that the pants were at the length they were supposed to be (pro), but I did not notice until I got home that the hem was a single piece of thread that was clearly pinching along the hem. When I mean clearly, I mean from 6 feet away, you can clearly see the hem. This was a very poor tailing of my pants and I will not be returning.
