★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a groupon for highlights with Hanna. (purchased on Jan 4th) I made an appointment for 1:30pm today. ( Rearranged my schedule to make this appointment) When I sat in the chair I mentioned the groupon and she stated 'Sorry, I'm not 'doing Groupon' anymore. She did not mention this when I booked the appointment ...that was it...no sense of customer service..I cannot speak to her ability as a hair stylist but I would avoid this place based on poor customer service alone.
