Our doctors offer the full range of family medicine and we also have various specialty doctors within the medical centres that patients can get in to see in a timely manner. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very cold and not understanding at all. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone who is new to having to take care of there own medical needs as a new adult. VERY rude nurses Every time I spoke to a nurse it was honestly like I was bothering them. Nurses almost get mad at you for asking questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall my experience here has been very good. If I need to make an appointment, the wait is not long and generally I am called in at the correct time (not waiting an hour past my appointment time).
My family doctor is also very friendly and non-judgmental. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a family doctor or walk-in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like my doctor, but trying to setup an appointment here has always been a nightmare. They have no website to provide information, and apparently don't have the ability to put people on hold because the phone rings until you get disconnected. Then whenever I actually manage to get through the lady on the phone is extremely rude and always sounds irritated. As someone with terrible anxiety, it makes trying t o setup an appointment an exercise in willpower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I figured it was about time to share the worst experience of my life. I came in this time in 2021 for a very straight forward test. The doctor then decided to do a very different test that I was NOT old enough for. Because of this test being done 2 years to early, I have had to deal with unnecessary biopsies and exams. It is widely known a Pap test is not to be done until 25 unless absolutely necessary. This was not an absolutely necessary case, and I have been told that by 6 other doctors and nurses. If I could give a 0 star review I would.
