Our primary goal is to provide quality and convenient health care. Our medical centres are all within close proximity to pharmacies, lab services, diagnostic imaging offices and hospitals. Our doctors offer the full range of family medicine and we also have various specialty doctors within the medical centres that patients can get in to see in a timely manner. Our medical centres are also easily accessible by public transportation or by car with ample parking. Our office staff takes pride in excellent patient-centered customer service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Dr. Olga here before she left and she was amazing. I was so sad to see her go but now I have a new doctor named Dr. Khanna and I have to say my anxiety was misplaced. I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a doctor, and I know it's hard, go here; trust me.
Oh and the front desk staff are amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried this walk in and the staff were INCREDIBLE, I was very sick and they saw how uncomfortable I was and let me sit by their desk in my own chair so they could keep and eye out on me and made me feel so well cared for, this is one of the busier clinics but the very best ! I’ve gone back now every time and now have my doctor here! The front staff are all so caring and kind and when I call they do absolutely everything possible to get me in as soon as they can. Thank you Kingsland Medical staff you guys are amazing. The only clinic I trust with myself and my families health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Traynor is by far the best physician I have ever seen, if this review was solely for her it would have been 5 stars. If this review were solely for the other staff members I would give a one star review. They aren't careful about keeping client info current ( I had to tell them on 3 seperate visits my address and phone number have changed) but my biggest concern was today. I was called into my appointment by a young, tall, dark haired woman who called me Katrina... That's not even close to my name. So when I looked confused and asked for clarification she got snippy with me and said " you're the only one in the room, come on" and tried to usher me in with hand gestures . When I corrected her on my name she said " yup". For all I know, there could have been a Katrina in the building and she could have been looking at the wrong client information, so I did not appreciate her rude attitude or lack of concern. Overall I think they need some more training, or new staff members who actually care about their work .

Especially the exceptionally pretty young lady at the front reception who always greets patients with a warm smile as well as the beautiful young lady in the back station with wonderful lashes, and beautiful long luscious hair who assists me whenever I see Dr.Gill. Thank you KW!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've come to this clinic for walk-in's a few times and usually don't wait too long. The doctors I've seen are consistent. Some days I can book a walkin appointment which is nice. Best to call and check with them first. I did come in one time when they had stopped the walkin and the one staff was willing to help redirect to another clinic or book another day. That says a lot.

kingswood Medical for many many years, Doctor Macarthur was the best doctor ever. She just retired. But what I really loved was the service and care I always received from the front staff! Absolutely amazing and very caring! I miss them. Thanks for all you have done for my family and I.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't get a phone appointment not even for just a refill on a prescription in the middle of a pandemic I have friends that have gone thru hip replacement knee replacement and still have had 90 percent of it done by phone and video chat this office is not up on pandemic caring at all
