★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently saw Trina for some skin treatments. First of all I was very impressed with the precautions they are taking during the Covid-19 pandemic, I felt very cared for and safe. Secondly Trina was absolutely amazing at telling me exactly what to expect and what she was doing and why. I feel like she really took her time to ensure my comfort and to make sure I got the results I was expecting. My skin looks and feels great, I look forward to visiting the clinic and Trina again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both my daughter and I have received treatment at Age Management with Maibritt. Outcomes for both my daughter and myself have and continue to be extraordinary and worth the investment.
Maibritt has worked with my daughter to treat acne from an ‘inside and outside’ approach including custom facials, skin care products, diet, nutrition and supplements. My daughter is about to turn 15 and under Maibritt’s wholistic care I am watching her grow into an increasingly confident young woman. I would say her acne is 70 percent improved and we are only a couple of months into care. Each measure taken proves itself with visible results. I definitely recommend Age Management and Maibritt to support young adults dealing with skin issues and concerns.
I myself have also received great results including overall skin resilience and health. My skin is now consistently ‘happy’ and not prone to being dry, flaky, sensitive and reactive. I often receive compliments on the appearance of my skin. Maibritt has helped bring out the skin I have always wanted!

Since starting my scar treatment plan with Trina, i've already seen positive improvements. As Trina has personal experience with scars she is able to provide an unmatched level of understanding and expertise. You can trust she is recommending the best options suited for you, rather than the most expensive. A variety of treatments were chosen to best treat my type of skin, and there was leniency along the way to switch up based on what is working for me. My experience has all around been so positive and I highly recommend Age Management for anyone struggling with acne scars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For many, many years I have been seeing my dermatologist for the dermatitis on my scalp. She has prescribed many different shampoos and steroid lotions to use to keep the redness and itchiness as calm as possible. I had a consultation with Maibritt about my skin and in discussing my skin and health, I also mentioned I have dermatitis on my scalp. Maibritt quickly mentioned Dermaviduals for my skin and Dermaviduals Shampoo for my scalp. I have been using the Dermaviduals Shampoo since August 2021 and what an AMAZING product. I no longer use the shampoo or steroid lotion prescribed by my dermatologist. I only use the Dermaviduals Shampoo every time I wash my hair and the redness and itchiness is calm and feeling a lot better. Dermaviduals Shampoo is an awesome product for dermatitis. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never in my life have I felt so heard and RESPECTED as a client rather than just another number. Most "free" consults run for 10 mins with a ton of product shoved in your face at the end. None of that happened at my consult, I had time to talk & ask as many questions as I needed to without feeling "pushed out the door". The products that I currently use were thoroughly inspected & I was educated as to what good & bad repercussions they were doing to my skin (and I only use expensive products, so that's saying a lot!)
No "quick fixes here" Maibrett will walk you through step by step on how to fix your "unique" skin troubles & have you on your way to better skin with NO harsh chemicals, an actual skincare routine made for you, and NO harsh "one time" procedures that may leave you scarred or damaged for life (I think I can speak for a lot of ladies when I say being left with skin damage happens far too often in the dermatology world). Hands down, go here if you are sick and tired of paying thousands for "quick fixes" or shoved into taking harsh medications.
If you are like me and value someone looking at your skin problems in a HOLISTIC (full body) way, then come to Age Management Institute & see Maibrett.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After some time trying more conventional treatments to address my significant hormone imbalances with limited success, Dr Lourens and I decided to try bioidentical hormone replacement therapy pellets. The procedure is very quick and painless, with only some minor local swelling for a few days after the procedure. Overall it's been a success. I love the convenience of not having the regimen of twice weekly injections and the associated twice weekly ups and downs!
Finally I'd like the recommend Dr Lourens and her wonderful staff for not just being knowledgeable and friendly, but for also for being tenacious with my case and continuing to go above and beyond in providing suggestions and resources to improve my overall health.
