★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LIFE CHANGING for my chronic back pain!!! My physiotherapist recommended I try Calgary Pilates Centre, specifically Diana to help me. Before my first session I was unable to tie my shoelaces, wash my face without holding on to the wall nor could I stand up straight without 10 or so minutes to get there....by the end of the first week (2 sessions), I couldn't wash my face without holding onto the wall. 4 months in I do 2 group classes each week and I can bend to tie my shoes, put socks on, bend over to the ground, carry boxes or bags without pain and so many more things we take for granted. While I am still in pain every day it is less and my range of movement has grown so much. The class teachers Joanna and Stephanie are so awesome as well!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic instructors, I’m a fan of Rachael for both massage and Pilates, but all the instructors have been excellent. Small class sizes, welcoming staff, positive atmosphere. And my back has never felt better than when I go regularly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serena is a great instructor for one on one! She has helped me attain mobility in my shoulder I never thought I would have again! Also, Rachel, the massage therapist is phenomenal. If you are looking for rehab for an injury I highly recommend it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My expectations for this studio were pretty high based on the other reviews, and Eun Ae far surpassed them. She’s an amazing instructor who cares deeply about her clients, and is so fun to workout with because each class is tailored to my needs and abilities, and is always a challenge. While we’ve only worked together a short time, I’ve already seen a noticeable improvement in my strength and mobility.
Studio management is also just lovely and handles everything with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy.
