I’ve been working with Jason for years now. He has an amazing knowledge base and is overly motivating and supportive. He’s great at creating workouts that challenge me and leave me feeling exhausted, accomplished and excited for my next workout the following day. Jason has a great knowledge of form to help prevent injuries and knows how to modify for injuries or skill level. I’ve worked with Jason in a group setting and one on one online coaching, both experiences have been positive! In person he is very hands on and engaging, making sure you’re getting the best workout you can have, all with a smile on your face. Online coaching he provided a one on one consultation and to help develop a killer plan for me to follow with lots of follow up and was willing to answer any questions I had. I would 100% recommend Jason to anyone, his engaging and positive attitude make working out fun at any fitness level! ??????

We reached out to In Home Trainer as a last-ditch effort to get our teenage son enjoying exercise...we had tried all sorts of team and individual sports but nothing stuck. I'm thrilled to share that our son has now been training with Jason 2-3 days per week since Summer 2020 and his fitness level (and mood!) have improved drastically! And although he may grumble about it every once in a while, he has never once asked us to cancel his training. That, to me, is a huge endorsement for Jason's skill as a trainer, as well as his ability to connect well with kids. When gym fitness classes were shut down due to COVID19, I decided to join my son in his fitness training. Aside from being extremely personable and encouraging, I've found Jason to be highly knowledgeable about fitness. He always makes sure that we are working out safely and he corrects our positions to ensure we get maximum benefit from his workouts (even though I occasionally curse him for the latter! lol!). He also is great at adding fun twists to his workouts - we recently had an "around-the-globe" workout with one thematic exercise for each of part of the world we "travelled" to. I would highly recommend Jason as a personal trainer, and if you're looking for a way to get your teenagers off their screens, you may want to give personal training a try.

Our personal trainer Jason is the best there is. We have been working with Jason for about one year now and we both are in much better shape. Who knew we could do burpees, push ups and planks??? He is fantastic trainer , very professional with a great sense of humour. Our sessions are always filled with laughter, encouragement and added fun. He is kind, patient and very understanding. His expertise and knowledge is helping us on our journey towards an overall healthier lifestyle and fit goals. During the summer we had to deal with a shoulder surgery, Jason was able to adjust the program to help with a better recovery. His workouts are always interesting, challenging and fun.He is always encouraging us to do our best.He always makes sure we are working out safely and following the right techniques, both in person and online sessions. We highly recommend Jason.

Whew what a journey! I've been working with Jason since late February to rehab a traumatic injury to my leg. Jason is knowledgable, patient and knows exactly how much he can push you to get you to the next level. He has been extremely encouraging even when I was doubting my progress. I'm more confident, healthy and ready to enjoy summer all thanks to him! To add to that, Jason was always on time, flexible with changes and was respectful of masks and distancing during peak Covid times.

No one has been a better friend or trainer than Jason as I have waited a year and a half for a hip replacement. He took me from being nearly incapacitated by pain to using a treadmill and doing the stairs. Because of his expertise I gained surprising strength and mobility despite that hip problem. He believed I could lose the weight my surgeon required and manage my diabetes. He was right and I’m one very grateful client!

My wife and I feel very fortunate to have Jason as a personal trainer. Solid knowledge of the best way to help us build core strength, balance and flexibility. Jason is a great encourager. Great suggestions for diet as well. What we particularly value is his coaching so that target muscle groups are engaged during specific exercises. We have seen good progress in our level of fitness.
