★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend! I've had outer knee problems on and off for almost a year. I've gone to multiple massage, acupuncture and chiropractor professionals but nobody could fix the uncomfortable dilemma I was dealing with! I had the pleasure of having Manthew as my massage therapist here at Kinetic. He did a fantastic job, he did what other massage therapists didn't do. I had some cupping done and though it was a little painful it was worth it because my knee feels brand new. I couldn't be more happier or pleased with the service. Other places advised me it will take multiple visits to correct my issue and I always left not feeling any difference in my knee at all. I had just one visit here at Kinetic and instantly felt the difference. I will be a returning customer and recommend others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiro with Dr Spiro - awesome, knows his stuff and is always full of good advice and options on treatments to keep me moving.
Massage with Manthew - equally as amazing. Great at really getting to the bottom of a problem area and fixing things. Have been coming here for over a year now and will continue to do so.

Recently I was in a car accident and the office was so accommodating and they are dealing with all of the paperwork for me. I would never go anywhere else. Highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We call Dr Yick our unicorn doctor. He has such incredible passion and dedication to what he does you will feel like you are in great hands right from the moment you meet him. He wants to fix you up and fix you up right so he never sees you again because he wants you to be living your best healthy life again. I would recommend him to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best clinic in the city! Darren Yick and his team has helped me fix 2 herniated disc, pooped out ribs and every other injury I've gotten from football and Jiu Jitsu. Definitely recommend going to these guys for any injury you have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the longest time I didn’t seek the help of a chiropractor (mostly because I believed I didn’t need one and that I was “fine” with massage and stretching.) However, after much debate (and showing me that my scar tissue and tight shoulders weren’t going away as I’m getting older) my massage therapist pushed me to book an appointment with Dr. Darren Yick. I went to the booking with doubt, but Darren’s energy, clear explanations, and supportive video tutorials post-appointment won me over. Now, they work in tandem and my back/arms (especially working from home!) thank them both for it! The front office staff are also amazing and professional (especially when COVID hit and limited appointments could be scheduled).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had extreme back pain on and off for the last 10 years and have tried every treatment in the book. They all relieved the pain but didn't get rid of it completely. Ever since going to Dr. Mike Oldfield at Kinetic, I've felt more relieve than I have in years. 10 years paying for treatments and Dr. Mike and Dr. Yick were the only ones who finally figured out that the pain wasn't coming from my back, but from another area.
Not only are they attentive and thorough, they take extra time and care to ensure I'm properly healed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Folks, if you are thinking of relying on this office for important documentation, go elsewhere. Especially if you are a veteran. These folks obviously have a distaste for veterans. I was relying on this documentation for a vocational rehab program through veteran affairs. This office has put a halt on my progress. They were quick to take payment and then fail to honor the agreed on documentation. You and i deserve better.
*** the physiotherapist was excellent. She did a great job on my issue. The problem I am having lays entirely on the front desk. Your actions speak much louder than this ridiculous reply. The office posts a sign stating they direct bill to Blue Cross, but for me Mary Kay couldn't for some inexplicable reason. So apparently the reason the report was so late was that my physiotherapist had to go out of town. So why couldn't Mary Kay tell me this. I think she enjoyed playing me. It is her that doesn't like veterans. Veteran affairs even called the office to request the discharge report and Kinetic couldn't even be bothered to return the call.
