D	David Wo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Kingsland Massage for many years. I have tried practically every masseuse and generally happy with the sessions. Usually, it is a friendly and relaxing experience for me. Occasionally, I do have to ask a therapist to go lighter. Rarely do I need a deep tissue massage. Sometimes, the lady did have to break off and answer the phone. It is not the best but, being a small business owner myself, I have to give them some slack. Not all therapists speak good enough English to answer phone calls and make appointments. If you are looking for a decent Asian massage that is not expensive, a friendly atmosphere and opens long hours, give this place a try.

My boyfriend and I went to get massage at the same time by the different girl, yet both of the receipts has the same massage therapist name on it. Also while the lady massage me, she directly ask if I have friends who wanna earn under table money, no experience needed, she would train them how to massage herself. I’m pretty sure that illegal. The ladies that work there hardly speak English as well, very hard to understand. Also they not provide direct bill for insurance. Anyway I will not recommend this place and I will not go back there again.

I strongly agree with the owner about professionalism and quality of service provided at Kingsland massage. About Katie, I can say that she is a very honest and hard working person (working two jobs) and I am sure she doesn't jeopardize her status by doing whatever the review have said about her. He is probably an unhappy person who wanted to tarnish Katie's image. I wouldn't take that review seriously.

I saw an earlier review that saddens me when people post such lies!! I know the owner and she has fired a couple of ladies for any inappropriate behavior and doesn't tolerate any staff who would consider it! I have been mainly with Katie as my favorite for the last 8 years or so!! She is technical and gives a deep therapeutic massage! I feel revived when I leave and always professional!!

I have had massage with all of the staff, but mostly go with Katie now. She is very professional and pleasant. The deep massage hurts sometimes, but I feel so much better afterwards. Very recently I moved to a new house and due to lift and shift, I had severe back pain (like slip disk). Within two sessions, my back pain was cured. I have had sessions with Hong and Hanna and they both are very well trained in deep tissue massage. They both are hard-working and give their heart and soul to the message. I like deep tissue massage a lot and finally, I found a place where I can get the actual deep tissue. The best part is, I can instruct the masseuse at the beginning of the session (like pressure tolerance, pain area etc... ) leave them the rest and they will care. By the end of the session, I will be very relaxed and get a good sleep. I am visiting Kingsland massage from last December and I will continue to visit in future... They are able to fit me in the same days, within very short notice, almost all the time. The massage has been very good. Price is very good also. Only give 4 starts due to location/facility, but this also explains why the cost is lower than other fancier places. I like to come here a lot due to good massage. Recommend this place to everyone.
