★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SSL isnt a certified professional business. The technicians do not have certifications such as COMP TIA A+, they bank their services on SSD upgrades for any sort of issue. If you own a MAC don't even bother trying.
Want to build a custom PC? have fun waiting forever for them to order parts.
Most PC products are already opened and have been used before (NOT NEW) such as all the monitors, some keyboards and all their chairs.
You need a certain cable or component such a DVD drive or SATA cable? well they will just order it off amazon prime then charge you a 10-20 markup fee for the product.
have a virus issue? they just use the free trial of Malwarebytes to scan and clean your computer, Exactly what you could do instead of paying 70+ dollars for them to do it.
need a graphics card shipped? they just wrap it in printer paper and ship it away, no proper shipping box or anything.
SSL is a lazy, unprofessional business who cuts corners to make any dollar they can. Please don't support a business like this. Support shops like Memory Express who will be professional, efficient and effect when handling your PC needs.
