β β β β β The front desk lady was completely confused as to why a straight engaged couple would use the term partner to describe each other when we are not gay. Some staff education to neutral terms might be nice. The front desk lady proceeded to explain why she was confused and why she doesn't like the term partner and that she immediately thought we were a gay couple. We tried to educate her on neutral non suggestive terms and she continued to explain her discrimination and prejudice to us because of one word. Sad. The nurse was nice though.

β β β β β Got vaccinations done here. Front staff are nice, not much parking. Nurse didnt know much about babies when she asked us if we had any questions. Best part about this place is you can just come in (no Appointment needed) and use the scales in the back to weigh your baby.

β β β β β I was in ACADIA for my Son Parsa 18 months old immunization vaccination in June 10th 2021. I would like to express my deep appreciation to the nurse in which she performed vaccination for my son. She was very professional, very polite and she was conducted all protocols and procedures and vaccination professionally and we would like to say thank you to her and ACADIA. Thanks you.

β β β β β Friendly nurses but the system is highly sexist towards fathers. I was offered a flu shot but my husband was sitting right beside me and told he couldnβt get one from them as they can βonly offer to mothersβ. The receptionist really seemed to have a problem with the fact that my husband was going in with our daughter and not me, so much so that she made a comment saying βoh Iβm sorry, arenβt you the mother?β
This is 2021. Fathers are just as responsible as mothers are. Donβt make rude comments.

β β β β β Absolutely great clinic. The nurses take the utmost care of my son when we bring him in for his vaccines. It helps ease my worries, knowing he is in such great hands. They are always more than willing to answer any questions and we are always sent home with lots of information to answer any further questions we may have!

β β β β β Very bad experience. The nurse who was doing our sonβs one year immunization was so rude. She didnβt bother to ask about babyβs health or anything. Didnβt take anytime to calm the baby or stop his bleeding after the immunization.

β β β β β Excellent experience today for my 5 month old son's vaccinations. Lovely front end staff who were welcoming. Both myself and my mom were allowed to attend. They took us in within 3 minutes of arriving. Bright clean and not busy. The Public Health Nurse Shannon was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I appreciated the ease and simplicity of today's appointment as I have been to other busier locations and found today very accommodating for us parents. Thank you so much.
