R	Rachel Kohl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently moved myself and my family to this clinic, any clinic can run late and that isn't a concern for me. What I am impressed with is that Dr. Bhanot and staff were willing to take me on as a complex care patient without judgement or preconceptions and were willing to try to improve my quality of life (which has been going down for years) not only have they done that but also attended to a few urgent issues for my kids within completely reasonable time frames and in my experience actually quicker and better than most places. Take my review for what its worth but I've had over 20 doctors and ran medical clinics and I choose here to go with my family!

On three separate occasions, I have tried phoning in them, during business hours, and have never had anyone pick up. My pharmacist has even had difficu lties getting someone to callback/return faxes. Having to switch Doctors because the staff can't be bothered to answer the phone is disappointing. (I have even been in the clinic and saw them pick up the phone and put it back right away when ringing,so they didn't have to answer it, and a staff person instruct another they don't answer phones for 15 minutes before closing so they don't get bogged down while trying to close, so I'm careful not to call during this period)
T	Tanker One on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yet another clinic that advertises falsely. Web site says they have doctors accepting patients, but when you call you find out that’s a lie. When asked why they don’t update the website, it’s just a bunch of bafflegab about how “it takes time”. No, it doesn’t. Properly maintained websites can be updated in minutes. Just another bunch of entitled people not caring about patients.
G	Gregory Woolfrey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a patient for Dr.Dzawanda for 6 years, but I'm disappointed that they aren't open Saturdays and she won't prescribe my blood pressure medication unless I come in (and miss work). Can't email her and when I called, her receptionist, she didn't get Dr.Dzawanda to call me back. Day 3 of no blood pressure medication (because they weren't open the weekend and they didn't give me a refill today/monday) I feel I'm being forced to come in. Not happy with my medication being held hostage. It's not like it's a narcotic. Going to change clinics because of this. Only reason I give 1 stars is because she's a nice Dr. But loose 4 stars because of this frustration. I mean, it's my blood pressure for crying out loud. Pretty unprofessional.

A form that was presented to the doctor a month ago is needed, this form is connected to a disability payment. You are literally playing with people's livelihood and well being because you don't want to answer the phone and can't relay messages/follow up/book appointments? The doctor's here are wonderful unfortunately this location's front end staff make for an unprofessional/unfavorable/inconvenient experience.
