I was nervous coming in to try on wedding dresses, and she did a great job making sure I felt at ease. The dress I chose was something that Lisa found. It’s like she just knew. Thank you so much Lisa, you are are a wonderful person ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends and I went here to look for bridesmaid dresses. Since it was my first time trying out a bridesmaid dress in person, I didn't know what to expect. However, with Chloe's help, I felt at ease throughout the experience. She explained how the process of dress picking works and guided us all throughout. Also, she never pressured us into buying a dress, instead she would ask us our preferences, how we feel about the dress and at times she would share her honest opinion. If you are looking for a dress, look for Chloe, she's really nice and helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was welcomed so warmly by the staff! As a first time bride my designer, Terrell was the most welcoming person I have come across! She met my dress needs and I said yes to my dress immediately! I highly recommend David's Bridal to brides, bridesmaids, graduates etc! You will not be disappointed with the amazing service like I have gotten today! I'm one happy first time bride!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a good experience at David's Bridal. We went shopping for 3 bridesmaids dresses. Due to my wedding being 4 months away, we were limited to what dresses and colors we were able to try on, which made me a little sad, but nonetheless we were still able to find a very nice dress, in a color we loved, at an affordable price and they are able to ship it to us within 4-6 weeks. So overall, it was a positive experience. The staff were very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm absolutely speechless about my Bridal dress purchase from David's Bridal! This dress will be a definite showstopper! It's already gotten so much praise from family and close friends whom have seen it, that I just can't wait for my wedding day! I never thought I would be so excited for my dress to come in, but this dress is definitely doing things to me!! <3
And this would not have been possible without Mariya, the one and only consultant who personally pulled the dress out for me and suggested I wear it. I took a quick look at it, and turned her down. If Mariya didn't give me that extra push I needed, I would've ended up not trying it on, and God knows where I would be now!!
I so appreciate the talent that works for David's Bridal, and want to commend them for the work they do.
I am one very happy bride-to-be :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best experience here shopping for my wedding dress! Lindsay is so personable and fun, and I love how she is honest with what suits you and what doesn't. I am a pretty shy person and was a bit nervous going shopping for my wedding dress, but after 5 minutes I had completely forgotten about that! Even all my girls that I brought said how much fun they had with her as the stylist. Looking forward to coming back for the bridesmaid dresses and alterations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll start off with David's Bridal has some clear strengths - lots of budget friendly options for both bridal and bridesmaids dresses. They also have some of the most budget friendly accessories on the market. So if that is your priority, this is a good spot. However, customer service is pretty all over the place. Many of the staff there are very friendly and well meaning, but I found several instances where they don't seem to be trained on basic things like the available product, the purchase process etc. There is some overall disorganization. For example, I called ahead asking for some shoes, was told they were in stock and then when I arrived they were only able to find one shoe. 40 minutes later they were eventually able to find the other. Years later, I purchased a bridesmaids dress. When I went to pick it up, it took 30 minutes to find it, after bringing our 2 other incorrect dresses. Since then, they have called repeatedly to offer alterations but when I asked the caller for a general cost for a hem, she had no idea on price. They have also recently called asking me to confirm if I picked up my dress, as they have one record saying I did and another saying I didn't. A lot of pain for only two relatively small purchases over 3 years. Hopefully they are more organized for larger ones!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Megan W was absolutely amazing! She made my sister feel like she was a goddess during a stressful time, of trying to find the dress.
Megan was knowledgeable, organized, attentive, compassionate and bride oriented. She was honest and gave ideas, and pulled products to complement the bride. She listened to what was being said, and pulled dresses based on that. She was absolutely AMAZING!
I'm a hard critic at the best of times, and she surpassed what I thought this experience should have been.
Thank you Megan W for all you do and making my twin feel like the Queen and Goddess she is ♡
